On another site I used to go to they would give basic info trying to get you to buy more detailed info for $$$.
But it said that vitamins are essential.
It said niacin (which are found in bananas)
And vitamin b and few others are really good for PE.
I used to eat a bowl of total raisin bran every day because it had 100% daily of the vitamins listed most of which I can’t remember.
Do you think vitamins are important or is that just BS?
If so then eat total raisin bran or another total cereal because it has all you need.
