So a few months ago, I purchased the Penis Bible (PB) online which is a complete waste of money by the way. Literally, everything in that package can be found here at Thunder’s Place. In fact, there is much more valuable information here.
However, there was one thing I remember from (PB). At the end of the jelqing excercise(I think) they told us to cement. Basically, you slap your penis on each side of your thigh in order to get the max benefits? I never found that part on PE though.
Should this be incorporated into my routine? And when? Immediately after jelqing or after the second warm up?
