Casual PE - is it feasible

I have been doing PE on and off for 2 years now. I can definitely see a difference in flaccid size when I am doing PE on a weekly basis. I tend to have more mass and hang and turtle less.

The issue with me is time - I work full time and I’m on call a lot and have a family. I am dedicated to the point in which I want to do PE and will spend time doing it but I won’t take too much time from my family. I know others are probably in similar situations and everyone’s time is important. I typically pump with my bathmate 3-4 times per week usually 20-30 minutes, dry Jelq 40 minutes per week and try to stretch as well.

Am I wasting my time? With my PE routines not being consistent each day or each week what is the likely-hood I will see any gains?

Do I need to step it up if I plan on seeing an increase in size?

I know that answers to these questions are difficult to predict but I am looking for opinions and personal experiences.

In my opinon, your routine sucks as far as time management. Don’t feel bad though because there are a lot of members here with almost identical routines and the exact same problem. The solution I found worked into my routines, even while I was in the U.S. Navy, is so simply yet effective. I can honestly complete my routines in about an hour 5-6 days a week. While I can’t give you my exact routine out of fear you will hurt yourself I can give you a generous portion if helpful tips.

1) First thing in the morning is onebof the easiest times to pe. The best part is that you can secure you own private time when no one will bother you.
2) Keep your jelqs,ulis,dry jelqs, stretches, etc in sets. Keep repetitions low (from 10-25) and increase time during the motion. Try jelqing as many reps as possible but with a 3-5 sec tempo. Then before you have to stop let, take a ten to thirty second breather and do more. For example try to get 30 the first time,then 25,20,15, and finally 10. That’s 100 slow wet jelqs!
3) don’t under estimate holds (ulis) just keep your time to 30 sec or less to cut back on injury chances.
4) pumping will do wonders after an intense pe session but keep your time to 15min or less at 5th or less. Anything over ten min will swell up everything with lymph fluid.
5) clamping and cock rings after pumping will help keep you in a fuller flaccid state through most of the day. The best part is that you only need 10-15 min total. You can brush your teeth or drink coffee while clamped rock hard for ten minutes in the morning.

The majority of the PE that I do would be considered “piss pulls” (although I really hate that name!), which for me is stretching for a couple minutes during a real, or fake bathroom break, every couple hours throughout the day. I too have a family and responsibilities that come first but when I do get some time to myself I whip out my extender (usually first thing in the morning), but if I don’t get time I don’t worry about it too much. I am quite consistent with the manual stretching and I’ve been gaining pretty consistently so far.

I think the hardest thing about spreading it out too much is staying motivated. Keep it up and good luck!

With such constraints, I would spend the whole time jelqing, instead than doing the bathmate. 40 minutes jelqing per week is not enough, jelqing 3-4 times per week 20-30 minutes can give some gains instead. Just my 2 cents.

If you look at the newbie routine, it only adds up to 25 minutes 2 out of 3 days. Maybe stick to it and see if you get gains?

Possibly manual stretching only with your hand may give you the most bang for the least time investment. Bennett8 made good gains with a minimalist routine:

If you do some searches you will come across many threads where people mention the power of doing less PE instead of more. I am pretty sure even the newbie routine has been scaled back from what it once was, timewise…

Edit: I just read Marinera’s post and concur with the pumping part being a big time-drain.

Keep in within your time constraints, but make it consistent (ideally 4-6 times per week).

I second this. Although, you could hang rather than use the bathmate and get some great results. Overall though - less pumping, more jelqing and stretching and maybe some hanging :)

I’ve got to agree with marinera. Jelqing would probably be the better use of the majority of your time because it will also produce some, though not much, length gains in addition to girth gains. Also, there’s nothing that says that you can’t simply go the the bathroom for a few minutes a day at work and perform a stretch routine. Also, look into getting an ADS that can be worn under your pants at work.

Thanks for your advice.. I look forward to seeing your routine. I am going to perfect my routine to the amount of time I have available and will be using some of your tips.. Much appreciated!

Cantlook, I try to do some of my dry jelqs at work and the occasional stretch. The only concern I have is warmup/cooldown - I skip this step while at work. Do you do the same? Also, I am buying an extender soon - what brand do you have?
