Hello everyone. I have actually been browsing the forums for about a year now. I tend to do a lot of research and somehow out of the blue stumbled across this site. I read up on the information for about a week or so then decided to give the Newbie routine a try. I gave it a go for a good 2.5 weeks being somewhat consistent and while I never actually measured my mini me after those 2.5 weeks I definitely saw a major increase in my FL.

Totally amazed that this PE thing really did work I stopped. Why I stopped, to this day I wonder. I could have probably made some substantial increases but hey, shoulda coulda woulda right? It’s a funny thing that I had tried to join the site last year for a few weeks but couldn’t, then mysteriously I came back to the site the other day and I was able to sign up! I just started the Newbie Routine again 3 days ago and can’t wait to measure in the next 3.5 weeks. ( I want to measure every month )

I’m not quite sure if I measure right but I hear it’s good to stay consistent so I lay the ruler right on top of my little one.here are my stats

Thanks everyone! Ill make sure to keep measuring how I’m measuring. Tweaking, took a look at the first link and was taken to Lust the seventh deadly sin. Then clicked on the second link and had a head spin! I’m almost inspired to know all the Penis lingo like you all, so when I’ve been here for a while I can sound like an expert.

Edit: Forgot to mention, when Jelqing because I do it privately I often time myself for 10 min instead of counting strokes. Am I setting myself up for failure?

Personally, I go for quantity rather than time. The reason is because whether I am dry jelqing or wet jelqing, sometimes my unit stays erect easier than others. When I spend too much time trying to stay erect, I don’t get as much jelqing in. I try to settle on an amount of jelqing to do in a single session and then do that many reps no matter how long it takes.

By count or by time is up to your personal preference. I find it way too annoying to try to count each jelq stroke, I usually just add a few extra minutes to the end if I felt like during my routine I had wasted some time getting the appropriate erection level back.

What is important, however, is the length of time for each jelq stroke. A minimum should be 3 seconds, I think. From there you can calculate how many minutes it will take for you to complete 300 jelqs, or however many you’ve worked up to.

Actually just finished with a session not too long ago. I find it hard to stay inspired when I am actually counting, and since that is definitely a big part in staying consistent, I have taken all of your advice. I won’t count but I too find that I have to stop one or two times to get my desired erection level, so at the end of today’s session I added an extra few minutes on the end. It’s funny how I didn’t want to stop but I will save the enthusiasm for tomorrow.

At the end of the month I will see how far the time thing goes and if I see no improvement then I will definitely revise my plan. I try and make sure it’s the quality of the jelqs over everything. Thanks again everyone for making me feel so welcome. Time to explore the many other forums that have become available since I am now a member!

Make sure you pay attention to your physical responses and base the time and repetitions on that. The newbie routine might be too much for some or you might be better with the linear newbie routine. I guess I’m just pointing out that the total time or repetitions are not set in stone. Sounds like you’ve got a good plan though.

I highly recommend taking measured ‘before’ pictures for yourself. That is my only regret in my journey. Once you start seeing gains, it will be good to have proof to look back on.

I was just asking myself last night If I should go ahead and take pics. I then thought no.I already have measurements. Thanks for the tip because the little voice in my head told me I would regret it too!

Taking good starting pics is no small thing. Producing clear and compareable images is quite an achievment in itself. Definately worth more than a moment’s preparation, me thinks.

Finished taking them a few minutes ago. Yes I found that my first few pics were not good at all.so I stood next to a light and voila! Not the best pics.but certainly good enough to look back on and say ” Hey I gained half an inch! ” I’m about to post them up in the Pics Section, or should they go in the progress section since I will be taking pics every month or so? Both maybe?

The members pics is the only place on Thunders where you can upload dick shots ;)

I forgot to emphasize that I recommend you take measured shots, which can be difficult for humans with only two arms.
