This is the argument I don’t understand. You can make a hanger for under £1. The first AFB I made cost nothing because I just used what I had around. If you want weights grab an empty plastic milk thingy 4L+ and fill it with water or sand to the required weight.

PE is not about the cash you spend. It’s about the work you do and it can be boring as fuck but nothing gets around doing the work and doing it consistently. The people here who succeed are the ones willing to do this stuff consistently for a period.

I’m definatly willing to put the work in and I’m in no way looking for shortcuts as I know there are none. I have the dedication how well because I have done the same with my body through fitness. I didnt realise you could build cheaper models and the reason it costs me more to make captains wenchs than yous is because ill most likely have to order online for some parts.
