I can’t get that “good” stretch where the ligs feel like they are getting pulled. You guys have any tips and help for me? I think I might be because my penis always has that tight feeling.

Pull harder until you feel pressure in the ligs. Just don’t pull too hard or you may injure yourself.

When I’m pulling does it have to be at that ultra flaccid state where it’s smallest and spongiest?

As you stretch it does become bigger. So no it does not have to be smallest and spongiest.

Make sure you don’t stretch the skin, you can try this: westla90069 - BIB Hanger useful for manual stretching.

You will feel more ligs stretch if you stretch downward, left or right.

What are you doing for a warmup?

Use heat and try different stretching angles. Try straight down and a bit to the side, that works great for me. You might want to experiment with reverse kegels also. I guess you’ve tried SD and BTC stretches?

Actually I think it’s better to be a little erect while stretching: up to %50.

I think it’s easier and more comfortable to stretch that way.

Madgod, what helped me with the same problem was that I would edge for some ten minutes or so, and that way I would tire out my penis a bit so it would be more spongy when the erection fades. So give it a try,it’s also fun.:)

Okay, so I stretched today after a workout and it was a lot easier to stretch cause my penis was so tired to get erect. So I guess this would be one of those times I can get a good stretch. The problem is that I don’t think this will be too consistent, and I probably can’t rely on this way. I found another good time for me to stretch was right after a jelq session, (or maybe just whenever my penis is too tired to get erect), because the problem with my stretching is that usually when I start blood starts flowing to my penis and I end up pulling wood which I think is probably no good. Oh yeah, kaan, is it okay to stretch at erect state (like 50%)? Is it effective or whatever? Cause I feel like I’m just pulling penis and no ligs. Oh yeah, I do it in the shower mostly, so I get some hot water warm up.

Dude if you’re feeling it’s not useful for you then don’t do it.

I stretch at about 50% erect state because after jelqing my dick just won’t stay small. It feels fine for me but that might be because I am used to it :) Do what you feel is right.

Is there any type risk stretching with a slight erection? Thanks guys
