Can't stick to a routine even with results
Alright so I’ve been doing the PEing thing on and off for a least 1 1/2 years. About 6 months ago I got into a good habit of doing it 3-4 times a week. Immediately after I went on a extended vacation I lost it all.
So I did clamping and stretching for a while and gained about a good .4 inches or so. But after coming back 2-3 months later (from my vacation) I feel I’ve lost it all!
Is it true that when you start back up again the lost gains come back easier? Also, how do some guys on here spend months-years PEing? What your motivation?
It seems my problem is that I try not to masturbate when I PE and when I can’t stand it anymore (and do masturbate), I lose interest in PE for a couple of days?? Anyone else have these problems.
