Hey, I literally just started PE about 6 days ago - I’ve got a total of three sessions in so far. Everything is fine, except that when I jelq, I have problems keeping it in the 50-60% zone or so. I usually get about 5-10 three second strokes in, and then I start going limp and I have to masturbate back up. I thought I was applying too much pressure, but I scaled back - still nothing.

My routine right now is:

-10-15 minute hot wrap/cloth
-30 sec stretches in all five directions w/ heli shakes
-50 three second jelqs (building up incrementally each week or every other week)
-Cool down for a couple minutes

Every other day - a MT-TF, and a 5 on/2 off schedule is planned for the future.

I haven’t ejaculated in three or four days, but I have edged for 10-15 minutes at a time. No negative “PI’s” to speak of. I can still get rock hard easily if I’m focusing on pleasure and I’ve never had EQ issues.

So, I guess my questions are:

1. Is this common?
2. Is having to stop and stimulate myself several times hurting anything or holding anything back?
3. Any solutions?

I used to keep porn playing in in the background. If I needed to increase my erection, I started watching the porn. If I needed the opposite, I would mute the porn and think of something mundane (like my schedule for the rest of the day).

If you are stealth PE, just go pick up a dirty mag or two.

Eventually, I learned to keep my erection in the desired zone without porn. The key to this was to teach my dick the difference between play time and work time.

Now, when I need a stronger erection, I simply close my eyes and think about the fact that by dick is getting bigger by the day, and about how I’m going to use it to make my little asian girlfriend scream later.

Works like a charm. :D

Another question pertaining to pressure - what are some indicators that proper pressure is being used?

I am waiting eagerly to more responses to Diesels questions regarding stopping and starting while Jelging to make sure the erection is at the correct percentage. At the age of 50, I don’t get or keep hard ons like I did when I was a kid.

Thankfully, I never have that issue when I am with my partner, and I hope with the addition of PE, I never will!

If you have to stop every few minutes to get it back up, thats fine. To my understanding, however, you want to keep it as continuous as possible.

I hate having to completely stop jelqing to get back in the desired zone because I’m afraid that I’ll start to lose all of that trapped blood. Instead, I will slow my jelq stroke to 4-5 seconds. While I move up the shaft with my jelq hand, I will use my “off” hand to massage the head. After a few jelqs, I can normally get back into the desired range and resume my 3 second jelqs.

You should feel the blood being forced and somewhat retained in your member. You may not notice this at first, but I can see my veins (which are much more pronounced now, btw) expanding as I push blood through them. I would say that you should use relatively high pressure, but this, of course, is relative to your hand/forearm strength, as well as how well your member is conditioned.

It certainly shouldn’t hurt. You shouldn’t feel any pain afterward. If you find yourself rapidly losing your erection, you may be using too much pressure.

Honestly, the best resource for me were the instructional videos on this site. Pay close attention to his form and how you can see the expansion as he moves along the shaft.

Same problem here. I had it once I started and sometimes it was better but I never really learned to jelq. Now I have been using ADS and got some good results. Even little girth gains. I try to jelq when I have off days from ADS but yes I have to watch porn and many times even that wont help.

Thanks. I can’t recall seeing any veins, but my head swells up quite a bit as I move up the shaft - so I know blood is getting trapped.

I watched the videos on here, but it’s been 3+ months and my memory is foggy. I’ll check them out again.

Something that helped me was switching the order of the jelqs and stretches. I noticed that stretching wore me out quite a bit, so I would jelq first instead and follow that by doing stretches (since there is no need to have an erection for the latter). Good luck!

I have the same bloody problem

I have the opposite problem. When I jelq it gets hard as a rock.

Macho, I have the same issue. So Instead of jelqing I do ulis most of the time. Maybe not ideal, but it seems to be working.
