i did PE for about 9 months and gained .5 inch doing the newbie routine. i was rapt with this.

i stopped my PE due to a change in living arrangements and noticed i started getting morning wood again as well as non porn induced erections. i tried to start doing PE again and saw my morning wood die. i waited untill it returned then tried to do 30 jelqs and 3-4 mins of stretching one on one off, this also killed my morning wood and decreased my EQ.

im only 24 so these decreases in EQ have been worrying for me. what am i doing wrong?

Do you watch much porn?

Try to lighten your routine even more, until the point of where your EQ doesn’t drop anymore. However, it is normal to have a lower EQ directly after exercising,

but that should be normal again after a few hours or so.

The EQ of your spelling is also suffering. “i” should be “I” and sentences start with capital letters. Please follow Forum Guidelines .


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Try ejaculating once a week. I am the same like you. My last morning wood was months ago, and I only had 5 morning woods wince I started PE. I think it must be the stress in some cases and in other it is over-training.

Some suggestions :

1)do a better warm up and a warm out

2)reduce the stretch and do more\only jelq

3)go lighter on the exercise

It is difficult to asses your situation without more information, but it sounds like there may be other factors in your loss of EQ.

The amount of PE you are doing is light enough that it shouldn`t be effecting EQ negatively at all, in fact, over time one`s EQ should improve substantially due to PE activities unless one overtrains.

Are you using sufficient heat?

I PE intensely and have right from the start (NOT recommended) and have only lost EQ due to large amounts of sex with my wife (2-3 times a day for weeks at a time).

At the present we are both generally way too tired in the evening so sex has been curtailed, but mornings are still great and if she`s and I are home early from work we put a shift or two in then also.

My point is that the right intensity and duration of PE should improve one`s sex life, morning wood etc.

I`m 50 next month and my morning wood is bordering on painful sometimes.

Read as much as you can about PE and try to look objectively at your workouts and your lifestyle and living arrangements, the clue is in there somewhere.

Have you gained? we are a very similar size. i normally ejaculate every day. sometimes more then once. i tried cutting this down but it didnt help.

Well i have gained 0.3-0.4 BPEL and 0.125 EG but they still are gains and I am happy with them because I only did jelqs and manual stretches, after I start hanging ADS pump and clamping, then the gains will start faster.

Starting 2 weeks ago I am doing fowfers as a warm up and edge after the session. I only do 10min of perfect jelqing, and 50 JAI stretches, 2 on 1 off. I also do fowfers whenever I can, except my rest day.

So after a good two months completely off PE tonight i did 30 soft jelqs and 50 kegels with lots of heat. Will let you know how it goes.

It sounds as if you’re just consistently over-training. PE for penis health not for size and move slowly from there - i’m a less is more guy and get negative PI’s very easily; that approach has been the answer to all my problems.
