It’s been more or less 20 days I’m combining kegels and reverse kegels before each PE session. I’m glad I took measurements of my glans before starting this. It was 4cm length and 4cm width, not pushing the base of my penis. Now it is 4,5cm length and 4cm width. Erect glans while pushing the base (full engorgement potential) is still the same: 5cm length and 4,5cm width. Focusing on that pelvic floor balance seems to be working for me. I might try some full body yoga stretches as you recommend it, Golddinger.
