Can't jelq,will this routine work

After giving the linear routine a crack a months ago I had to stop because of a pain leading from testicle my up into my abdomen. After research I found it to be a very common problem, and in my case it’s caused by jelqing.

So after stopping for months I inevitably feel like giving it a try again.

I have a 7 1/2 bpel, which I would like to improve but I feel like it’s enough a lot of the time, I’m really worried about my girth, which is just 5”.

Taking this into account I thought id try Ulis routine, but OMITTING THE JELQS. Also added in some horse440s, but not really sure how many to do.

What does everyone think of this decision? Will leaving out jelqs defeat the object? And can anyone suggest some other excercises?

It’s worth noting that I did the linear routine (working up to 60jelqs) for 2 weeks, and noticed a massive improvement in flaccid hang, and a bit of EQ although it’s pretty good anyway. With this new routine which I’ve been doing for the same time I havent noticed either of these.

Any issues arising from jelqing will be likely be more severe with stuff like ULIS and Horse squeezes. They’re the same ‘type’ of exercise but more intense.

More likely to be caused by excessively hard stretching than jelqing. Why do you think it’s the jelqing that’s the problem?


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Yeah, that was my thought when I read this too.


Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

The reason was basically because the pain was most intense at the end of each jelq, as the skin rode up. However that could be because I’m already tender from the stretches.

Will keep jelqing then and tone down the stretching, see how it goes. Il takes some pics n keep you all posted on progress.

I’m the same way, I stretch and my dick is usually plump/engorged. And them I try to attempt to do some light jelqs. Maybe like 20 and my dick shrivels up and feels like I shouldn’t be doing that. Would I get any good results off stretching?

You can always do the jelqs first. I actually alternate betwee doing jelqs first and stretches first, if I’m dry jelqing. But if I’m doing wet jelqs, I always do the stretches first or it’s too hard to get a grip.
