Hi!

I’m on my second day of PE and I have a big problem keeping a flaccid penis during manual stretching. Sure if I masturbate then maybe I can do some completely flaccid stretching for 5 minutes. But then it becomes a problem again.
If I also do a hot wrap between the masturbation and stretching then it’s useless again. It’s worst then I change the grip to stretch upwards..

Anyone having the same problem or maybe a solution? Will I get used to the feeling of my hand squeezing around my penis? After all it’s a kinda sexual feeling to me.

I had the same problem so you are not alone and I actually still have that problem it depends on the day for me. I’m sorry I wish I had a solution. I just got used to exercising and its not as bad as when I started. During my jelqing sessions I sometimes get an erection if its not 100% then I continue to jelq but I stop when I get to 100% wait for my erection to go down and continue my jelqing.I find it hard to stretch completely flaccid so stretching I’m usually at 20-50% erection and have no problems gaining length.

You will get used to exercising a little but I still have the same problem. I can’t use heat because it gives me an erection. They have peppermint oil and stuff that feels like icy hot and helps numb your unit but I’ve never tried it.

For me I either let it subside or do a quick 1-2 minute fowfer. (Which is still a stretching exercise)

Fowfer’s pretty much kill my semi erection every time.

Yes. After a while your penis realises it’s time to do his exercises, not have fun!


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Does it matter how long I rest between my 30 seconds set? Would it take away a lot of the effectiveness if I would wait say 30 seconds between every set (to lower erection), instead of resting about 3 seconds?

standard baby powder might be a simple solution to slips.
I stretch after jelqing since a few days and powder is perfect for having a good grip.

Yes, flaccid. Use a square of toilet paper for grip. Grip with the forefinger and thumb a bit behind the head, with the head in your palm. You don’t pull from the head as such, but having your palm gripping it a little and spreading the grip helps avoid slip. Pull mostly from the forefinger and thumb grip.
