Can't do 50 kegels at a stretch.
Hi Guys, Thanks for answering all of questions. I have started again with my Newbie routine after a brief break of 1.5 weeks,
Q1. When I do Jelqing I can only do the 30 to 40 jelqs at a given time, after that my erection subsides then I stroke it and start again.Is this routine fine? I do 200 Jelqs as the newbie routine suggests.
Q2. The thing is I can’t do kegels at a stretch, but I make it a point to do as many kegels possible while I am sitting or standing (sometimes). I do kegels in the flaccid state, and also I do 10-20 kegels every time when I get an erection. Please tell me if that is sufficient to have good hard rock erection?.
Q3. My penis also tends to curve a bit to the right is that normal?.
Q4. In how much time will I see an improvement in my length & girth size?. In how much time I will have a good rock hard erection if I do the newbie routine properly?.
