Can't believe it is working
Ok over the past 3 weeks I’ve been doing the newbie routine, but my erections are not as strong and I didn’t wake up with a morning boner for a week. I finally decided something was wrong and almost quit all together.
But I decided to cut my jelq time back to about 5 minutes or so and my stretching back 2.5 minutes but increased warm up and warm down to 10 minutes.
In a week my erections were back to normal and in another my erections were stronger than ever. I decided to measure and I had already gained half an inch in length just from doing that. I was shocked when I actually gained. I guess less was better for me. I now am a true believer of jelqing and what it can do for self esteem. Thanks to the guys who made this website.
