Excellent adaptation and great gain!! I figured it out too. Ten minutes of jelqing a day at most. A day or two of stretching for 5 minutes here and there and I grow. More than that its turtle and shrinkage and weak to no erections.

I experienced the same thing trailrun, I guess I am blessed to not have to do much and still gain.

Hi trojan! I know I learned it late. I started PE in summer 2006. Initially my gains came from 30 minutes to an hour routines. But then I went on this routine for a month that was kamikazi like and included alot of stretches. The stretches hurt me bad. That blew my unit out and i became near impotent. Now I am almost healed and I now respond to less is more. In fact stretching makes me impotent if that line is crossed. Jelqing with some squeezes mixed in lights my unit up. I think I have potential to gain another inch in total volume. I would like to have a solid 7 by 6 incher. My woman thinks that is the perfect package. I am so close to that now. Keep me posted on your results!

I did the same thing you did, I went to 45 to an hour jelq sessions which just didn’t help at all and I had to take 2 weeks off which set me back. But now I’m back on track and hopefully nothing but good gains now. I’ll keep checking in on here and let you know my results every 2 weeks, you do the same if you don’t mind.

I did the newbie routine for about six weeks and I could feel myself getting carried away and overdoing it, so I stopped for about 10 days. Then today while edging I got my first 8” BPEL on multiple measurements. It’s kind of exciting, but also weird since it isn’t what I was expecting at all. (To be fair I was starting at 7.5 so the 8” BPEL might not be as impressive as it sounds)

If had 8” BPEL I wouldn’t be doing this at all lol. I’m just insecure about my size, and think this will help my self esteem, which it definitely is doing. My girlfriend hasn’t noticed yet, but I’m sure she will ;)

I am finding applying hot compresses to my unit as many times as possible during the day is helping speed healing and maintaining sensitivity.

How many times a day do you apply hot compresses? Are kegels a big part of your routine? I never really found them that useful to me.
