Can your penis shrink?

Ok, so a quick background. I just found this site a few days ago and started reading through the massive amount of material. Never knew this was possible and I’m excited to start my “training” if you will. I’m 34 and recently separated from my wife for 6 months but are now back living together. Naturally we both messed around and now I’m subconscious about size which is leading to some other ED issues.

I remember measuring when I was younger and my penis was 7” BPEL. I never really measures girth but that seems unchanged. I just measured today and now I am 5.75 BPEL with 5 EG. I’ve gained some lbs since then so not sure if that is a main cause. But is it possible that your penis shrinks over time?

Something very similar happened to me. For me I believe the increased fat pad. Decrease in erection quality due to hormones and maybe blood flow. Plus I believe there has been an increase in upward curvature that isn’t helping.

I think if you eat healthy, exercise, lose some weight, and manage your stress, you will regain some of what you are lost without any PE at all.

This happened to me and I also started having ED issues it wasn’t a separation but I stopped PE and abused substances.I started a post awhile back “my story don’t do drugs” that basically covered my situation. But today after being back at PE for six I can happily say I’m back to where I was length wise and bigger girth wise.
