can you stretch to much?

when doing regular stretching to your dick with your hands, can you realy stretch to much then?

I have been doing a lot of stretching in the past, stretching of my legs, because I have been training a lot of material arts, taekwondo, kickboxing. my experience from that is that if you stretch 10 times more, you get your results teen times faster. is it the same way with the dick?

First, you have to take a good care of your penis more than your legs, I know both are important, what I meant to say is the exercises you put on your penis must be different from those you put on your legs.

Your muscle need to relax. Give your penis some breaks from stretching is strongly recommended. You haven’t mentioned for how many minutes you stretch (or you want to stretch) your penis for 10 times, but I believe it’s more than TOO much.

If you wish, two times a day is enough. Each takes 20 to 30 minutes.
Remember it takes time… take it slow and keep it safe, you’ll reach your goal if you keep your penis away from injury :)

I do not stretch so much right now. I was just thinking about this.
Just now I stretch 15 min in the morning and 15 min before I go to bed. I do DLD blasters(I think thats the name). I pull my dick hard while I do keegle and reverse keegle.

I tryed to messure the force when I stretch with my hands and this was much more than I thougt. You can pull your dick with a force of 40pounds whitout any problems at all. before when I was doing a little bit of hanging, I hanged 3 pounds. not more. when I found this out I started to think. how hard can you realy pull your dick and still be safe. I do not pull as hard as I can right now because I’m afraid I would hurt my self.

one more question. my dick is 7,3inch BPEL and when I pull It pretty hard when flacid it is 7,7inch.

if I strech a lot so that I can pull my dick to say, 8 inch, will that mean that I also automaticly get an BPEL gain, or is that not something I can count on? fore example, if I streched my dick like a maniac so that i becomes 10inch when I pull it out flacid, could I still have a 7,3 inch BPEL?

First off, you can indeed stretch your dick too much. But what’s really counterproductive is too much force rather than too much time. Use only the force needed to bring you to “fatigue,” and then stay in that state as long as possible. Stretching for more time is not generally a problem as long as your skin is holding up and you’re not using too much force.

As for your second question, most guys see some difference between flaccid stretched length and erect length. My dick stretches 0.75” further than it gets when erect. The erect penis is simply a different structure from the flaccid one.

Many people report that growth in flaccid stretched length generally forecasts growth in erect length. So they do appear to be related. But I don’t think the relationship is precise and it certainly isn’t the same from one guy to the next.

I have never felt fatigue after stretching. I’m not even shore how that is supose to feel? my dick feels kind of the same after stretching as before strething.

I have no problem with my skin. I feel absolutely nothing in my skin because i just grab my glance and pull. I am not circumsiced and I just pull my foreskin back and then I grab my glance with a little pice of clothing. the clothing prevents my grip from slipping and I can pull almost as hard as I want.

hmmm… because I never have felt any fatigue, maybe I should pull even harder? I pull with a force of maybe 30 pounds now I would gess.

That’s a good for you. Normally, we start stretching from a little force. If you have found it’s fine for you. Yep, pull a little harder. But, be careful, it doesn’t mean you have to feel sore to stop pulling your penis harder. Once again START SLOW.

Fatigue builds up over time. I agree it’s kind of a vague term. To me, “fatigue” is a slightly tender feeling approaching a dull ache. You can feel it in the structure you’re trying to stretch. Think of stretching your hamstring muscles. You get to a point where you feel the tissue start to loosen and unravel. You may even feel a dull ache. You get the sense that you’re up against the hard limits of the muscle, and that you’re straining these limits. This is fatigue.

More force probably isn’t the answer. Try more time. I suggest you build yourself a Wench, or, better yet, a Wenchette. I have no idea how well these will work on someone who is uncut, but they’re certainly cheap enough that nothing will be lost by trying.

Last night before I went to bed, I did DLD blasters(hard stretching) again. this time I used the same force, but I did stretch for 30 min. now I belive I felt fatigue. after maybe 20 min of stretching it felt like my dick did not give me the same amount of resistance. I hade to pull with less force becaus otherwise it felt lika I could have hurt my self. that must have been fatigue :)

I dont need to make a wench because I just alternate with left and right hand and I would not have any problems at all stretching for maybe an hour. I could never do it if I just pulled my dick downwars but I do the A-strech(I think its called that) and those stretches are pretty easy to do.

I’m going to stretch with DLD blaster every morning and every evning to fatigue. I hope this will give me some gains because I have never gained from anything before, not from PE, not from pumping and not from light hanging(ADS).

when you stretch the penis, do you then stretch the ligs or the tunica most?
when I stretch, it realy feels like at least 99% of the stretching hits my ligs. I only feel tunicastretch when I do things like bends while clamping. Can you realy stretch the ligs to much? do you realy get tears in the ligs that then heals? dont you just stretch it out?

If I jelq for 10 min every day, that is enough for me to be overtrained because if I do that I get week or none erections.
but if I stretch for maybe 3 hours a day with a lot of force, it doesnt effect my erections at all.( I mean, if I only stretch and do no jelq.)

Lets focus on How you jelq.

If your penis got weak without erection, have you ever noticed the following points?
Numbness? Lack of blood flow? No more sensation to keep your penis hard?
If your penis got numbness, take a break, do another hot wrap.
If there’s a lack of blood flow in your penis, do more kegels
If you got no feeling (sensation) to keep your penis hard, think about some fancy things (sexy ladies, sexual aspects, etc) or watch porn.

never feelt numb
never had lack of bloodflow, after jelqing my flacid look realy big and the dick is red
I do kegels while I jelq
but I always loose my erection during jelqing. I have a 60-70% erection for a few min then I have almost none(but the dick is still pretty big/swollen). I use porn and I try to think about fucking hot girls :)
maybe I should try to always stop jelqing directly when I loose my erection so that I only jelq with a pretty hard dick, even if this will mean I only jelq for a few min. In the past, when I did the most of my jelqing, I jelqed for 30min or more and I only had erection the first 5 min, then I just jelqed my flacid wery hard.

Jelqing at less than 40 to 50% erection can give you the baseball bat shape.

ok, thats good to know. I’m staying at home all day long right now because I have a broken fot. this means that I have the time to do PE, stretching 16 hours a day if I want to. I’m going to stretch more now. I messured very carfully today and I have 7,3 inch BPEL and 8,0 inch BPFSL(bonepressed flacid stretched lenght). I’m going to try to get my 8,0 to 8,5 and then it will be very interesting to se if I get an BPEL gain.

I dont know what to do with my jelqing. I realy dont like to jelq. right now I do another exercise instead of jelq. what I do is that I grip my dick by the base with a tight grip when I have an erection. I kegel in more blood. Its like clamping but I use my hand as a clamp. then I do bends. Is this an ok exercise to replace jelq with? I do not get any injurys at all doing this and it feels great. I like it so much because the dick is so big when I do the exercise. I realy get a great tunica stretch doing it.
