Can You Strengthen The Muscle That Keeps You Erect?

Hello all.

So when I’m erect and standing, my penis generally points up if I’m fully erect. In fact if I push I much past parallel with ground it starts to really pull at those tendons and hurt.

I’ve noticed that if I push it parallel to the ground it become slightly more engorged, as if more blood is trapped. When I released the blood exits.

Also, I can cause an almost clamping effect by just putting pressure on the upper side of the base. I guess that’s where the major vein is?

Anyways, the extra engorgement is awesome obviously, so I was wondering if there was a way to strengthen the effect of the muscles that close off that vein.

I understand that it is a relaxation of the muscles and not contraction that cause erections. I was just wondering if anyone has any exercises for it.

Yes, do Kegel exercises and you will be able to intentionally gain stronger erections.

Ok so I knew about kegels but I thought you had to hold them in order to maintain the higher pressure erection caused by actively kegeling.

I guess I was just wondering if the muscle that cuts off blood exiting the penis could be conditioned to cause a tighter hold on the veins( to not let blood out as easy). I guess it needs some flow though to prevent cell death in the penis.

As you pointed out correctly that the “valve” gets closed when the muscle gets relaxed, it’s kind of difficult to make relaxation stronger to close the valve better.

And it’s quite tightly closed when closed, no more blood flowing through. That’s why long priapism can be pretty dangerous - indeed, cell death, yes. And natures solution to that problem? A normal erection varies a bit over time when the erection duration is longer, then there is blood exchange during the lower erection levels happening.

I have been experimenting with reverse jelqs to generate more intense erections. Not much data, yet, but my EQ is much like you describe. It seems that the reverse jelq (an intense squeeze downward with kegel or press behind your testicles to add pressure) helps intensify the erections.

Anyway, something I am tinkering with, for the same reasons as yourself, and also to maintain uniformity from base (prevent baseball bat effect).

Could you explain how to properly do it? I don’t quite understand it.

Light erection, 50 to 70%, then squeeze top half downward. Kegel and or press the muscle behind your balls.

If you get erect hard, stop and piss or something, then resume. You need fluffy, not firm. Think pillow hard, not hammerhead.
