Can you still get injured even if you have followed all instructions on jelqing

Can you still get injured even if you have followed all instructions on jelqing

Hey everyone I am new to PE as I only found out about it in early January since then I have been reading different posts about it and trying to get different opinions on it. I have yet to start PE as I am still a bit afraid of what might happen to my penis if anything goes wrong and at the end of the day I would prefer a small functioning penis than a damaged one. So I have read about PE and have gotten mixed comments about where some say it works while others say it doesn’t. I believe that it works though however I’m still concerned about injury so my question is ” Is it possible that a person could still get an injury from doing PE exercises (mainly jelqing) even if that person has followed the proper procedures and instructions? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Possible? Well it is possible. It is possible even if you don’t jelq at all. Maybe speaking of probabilities would be more useful? Just a thought.

I hope it does not put you off. Yes, you can still get an injury. "Think about when you cross the road or walk in the pedestrian” you can still be hit by a car. Can’t you

Risk is everywhere, life is already a risk, we are in danger anywhere, everywhere. I rather taken a risk than live on the fear.

Start at: 5.7" x 5.3"

CURRENT: 7.7"x5.8

GOAL 8"X6"

It’s possible you will get struck by lighting today too.

I think your safe just start slow.

Following instructions on jelqing still entails you making an accurate guess on how firmly to do it. So long as you start slowly and listen to your body along the way, you should be fine.

A word to the wise; I personally wouldn’t bother dry-jelqing. I tried it for a while, and it did nothing for me. Wet-jelqing has worked much better I think. I’m not saying dry can’t work, just that it requires a more developed understanding of the exercises and forces you can apply to your member.

Oh, and hell yes, does it work.

No I won’t be put off from PE because of this however I wonder about the extent of damage that can be done to your penis if you get injured.

I feel that some people are predisposed to injury. For whatever reason, they have a weak link somewhere in their dick. And the pressures of PE are too much.

Just take it easy, do what feels right for yourself. Once you get the hang of jelqing, it will become second nature.

Yes, it’s possible. However, most of the injuries reported here are injuries that heal themselves quickly. With jelqing, you could get a thrombosed vein, or a donut, or some red spots on your glans. All of those heal within a matter of weeks if not days. It’s unlikely that if you followed all the directions and took it slowly that you would permanently ruin your penis.

Take it really slow and easy to start. I promise you, that unless you are predisposed to injury (which is just a risk youre going to have to take to find out), if you start out slow and easy, you will not get hurt. For example, if you are really concerned about injury, do 5 slow, low pressure jelqs to start and call it a day. Next day do 10 and maybe increase the pressure a little bit. Only increase duration and intensity when you feel comfortable. I’ve been doing PE for nearly 7 months and just moved up to 10 minutes of jelqing.

Thanks everyone I have decided to give jelqing a try within the a few weeks but there’s another challenge that I might face doing jelqing as I have phimosis hence my foreskin cannot be retracted from the head of the penis as the opening is very tight even if I try to force it back it causes me discomfort so I have been stretching my foreskin so as to prepare to start a safe PE routine .

You shouldn’t find it an issue for too long - I hadn’t seen the head of mine till last year in fact - my foreskin was very tight, but I gradually loosened it by over a period of months retracting it ever so slightly more and till the head was completely exposed. Jelqing is a forward stroke anyway, so it doesn’t need to retract.

I was in a very similar situation to you. Unlike you I started PE then decided to glance at the injuries pages and it really put the shitters up me. Hence I started a thread (link below) where people reassured me. I’ve personally come to the conclusion that if I take it steady in the first few months then things should be fine. And the extremist of cases may not just be down to PE but physiology of the individual and a stroke of bad luck. Hope this helps. Take it really steady. The best bit of advice I got was the fact my paranoia would probably make me take it slow and steady, therefore, reducing the risk of injury.

One last thing, I’m on here every day ALOT and I still read, read, read. Probably not enough on the anatomy and reduction of injury risk. But I do try to. Researching and understanding is the key to PE, and for that matter most things in life.

Really scared all of a sudden

I WILL Double my Volume! Size Doesn't matter - THIS DOES!

Most of the big gainers get injuries here and there. They usually are not permanent injuries, but injuries nonetheless. When this happens, you should back off PE and do whatever you’ve got to do to support your health while you are injured. Also, remember that it is key to condition your penis to help prevent it from being injured. That means that it will become tougher over the months and years so that you can get away with working it harder.

Recognize.
