Once you reach your “target”, is it possible to regress back to your starting length?

Is PE something you have to continue indefinitely to keep your results, or is it a “set it and forget it” kind of thing?

It depends from individual to individual, some keep all of their gains with little to no work and there have been reports of people losing nearly all of their gains.

To make results permanent after reaching your goal, you can approach the problem in 3 different ways:

1. Do the cementing routine for few months and then stop PE altogether. There is still some dispute on the efficiency of cementing routine.
2. Continue doing PE until your surpass your goal and then stop PE altogether in hope that some of the gains will be lost which would return you to your original goal, but not less than that.
3. Continue doing maintenance routine indefinitely.

I personally opt for approach #3. That way you’re the safest and it’s good for penis health anyway.

PE is a lifetime endeavor.

Media promises is six-pack abs in three weeks, just minutes a day, and many PE ads promise similar things.

Pe is a personal challenge for anyone thinking that this will be easy or quick or simple.

Those of us who have gained an inch in length did so by being dedicated, intelligent in our approach and read as much as they could here to find what works for them.

I consider myself lucky that even though I worked hard and consistently I got fast results, gaining an inch in less than six months, but I know that I will have to do some sort of PE to maintain my growth and to gain further.

My first inch came quickly and I`ve plateaued, but that`s not going to stop me continuing to strive for the next inch, whether I stick to what I`m doing or look for alternative methods.

Why would I give up? This shit works.

Excellent comparison, those ads on porn sites that promise “4 inches in 4 weeks” are just like headers on Men’s Health magazine, every issue has a new secret how to get 6 pack in 3-4 weeks.

There is no secret and it’s not a one time thing. If you want to get 6 pack and keep it, you have to work on it. Same with PE, it’s all about dedication.

Damn right, if you wanna get strong you have to work out, if you wanna stay strong you have to work out. PE is like that…imagine your unit after 30+ years of PE…damn!

I lost .5 inch in about a year.Gained it back this year plus .25 now at 6.75x5.7meg.I was mad but I needed a break.The .75 came back fast.
