Can you overstretch with the ADS?

I take my2-3 takes a week break from the ads. Sometimes it is only an hour or 2 a day other time I keep it on for 4-5hours with breaks. Could I be over stretching? No bad pi indicators

I use my extender at least for 4 hours a day (up to 7/8 during the winter).

I don’t think you’re going overboard.

I use mine about 6 hours per day. With small breaks to check for blisters.

ADS as in extender I would say no.

Since you can over do anything, I would say it’s possible.

I use a VacExtender cap and sleeve as an ADS. I have been wearing it 5 to 7 hours a day with a 16 oz weight attached to the hook on the cap. No problems. I tried increasing the weight to 24 oz and the tip of my glans was sore for a day.

What about time spent. I have a high tension on my ads. If you are only supposed to hang an hour or 2, can you really wear an ads with high tension 8+ hours or is it overdoing it?

With ADS the power is usually only 3 lbs at best from what I have seen, so 8 hours is not a problem at all. When I managed to do that a few times my dick was sore as hell (in a good way).

It’s hard to go get into trouble with an ADS. You will just feel if something is not going well. Since it’s extended times of moderate stretch, it’s relatively safe (unlike say, hanging. imo)

Just be aware of how your penis and its skin feels. Stop if you experience any pain.

I sometimes do up to 12 hours, and then it’s usually the skin that becomes sore, which is a relatively innocent complication I would say.
