Hey guys, currently I’m working on becoming a shower not a grower, I’ve been doing “fowfers”? Which I believe is pretty much a btc stretch but you sit on your shaft. (Correct me if I am wrong) I just want to know if I can over sit, how long I should sit on it for.. Etc.

Also, is it bad to fowfer before you’ve started a newbie routine? I did PE for 3 months just over a year ago, but I am no where near conditioned right now.

That is a very good question.

I think I will be doing some Fowfers for the mean time to see if any Flacid gains come of it.

I would also like to know the answer to this.

I`m doing fowfers for about 3 weeks. This is the fourth week , tomorrow i will do the measurements but so far the flacid size looks bigger. I take 3 sets of fowfer 10 minutes each other and between the sets i do some helicopter rows to restore blood circulation, and after fowfers i do some manual stretching

Unless I’m mistaken, they’re done by pulling your penis out, and turning it like you would a crank.

BTC and fowfers are quite different.

Fowfers are pretty harmless in my opinion. Your dick is gently pulled between your legs with a very mild stretch but will definitely help reduce turtling. BTC is way more intense…185lbs on average is sitting on your dick. Well it’s atually between your cheeks but still, your ligs are stretched to the max if it is done correctly. BTC stretch is not really for newbies. As for fowfers, some sleep with their unit tucked between their legs even before knowing anything about PE.

Fowfers aren’t very strenuous but don’t sit for to long because it can cut off circulation. If it feels numb stop, I usually do it for 10 minutes max.

I can’t find a way to properly perform fowfers (they’re simply too uncomfortable) so I decided to do 3 sets of BTC stretch, 10 minutes per set, 7 days a week, while lying on the bed and watching stuff on my laptop (TV series, poker, movies or something fourth). Actually, I don’t even know what to call fowfers and what to call BTC stretches so just to clear it up, my penis will be stretched back between my legs while I’m lying on the bed or sitting on the edge of chair.

Fowfer and Langemann are both geniuses of lazy PE. And the stretches named after these great gentlemen actually work, too!
