Can you analyze my penis condition?
I am currently pretty lost and I don’t know which path I should take in my journey.
Something is bothering me with my current penis behaviour, and I would like to get it sorted out so I can follow the correct path.
It has to do with the hardness of my penis. If I push my index finger against my penis at 100% erection to determine hardness it doesn’t feel hard in my opinion.
It only feels hard to the touch if I stroke my penis simultaneously, or when I hold a kegel. Only then it feels hard to the touch.
I probably have been overtraining a bit for a while, and that could be the reason. It has been like this for a time now and the only solution I see is
To either take a deconditioning break, or go back to basics with a really soft routine to improve EQ.
Could someone analyze my case and help me?
This is the routine and things I have in mind to improve EQ:
(Very light/light grip and pulling force in all exercises)
Warm UP - Hot Shower
Basic stretch (up, down, left, right) 60second each. Kegels simultaneously.
Hold a stretch and move penis around 360 degrees, 30 turns.
BTC Stretch (left & right) 60second each.
Normal jelq x80 reps. (1 stroke = 1rep)
V-Jelq x80reps. (1 stroke = 1rep)
Warm down - hot shower
Also I’m quitting porn and will do kegels outside of the routine itself.
