Hello!

I am currently pretty lost and I don’t know which path I should take in my journey.
Something is bothering me with my current penis behaviour, and I would like to get it sorted out so I can follow the correct path.

It has to do with the hardness of my penis. If I push my index finger against my penis at 100% erection to determine hardness it doesn’t feel hard in my opinion.
It only feels hard to the touch if I stroke my penis simultaneously, or when I hold a kegel. Only then it feels hard to the touch.

I probably have been overtraining a bit for a while, and that could be the reason. It has been like this for a time now and the only solution I see is
To either take a deconditioning break, or go back to basics with a really soft routine to improve EQ.
Could someone analyze my case and help me?

This is the routine and things I have in mind to improve EQ:

(Very light/light grip and pulling force in all exercises)
Warm UP - Hot Shower
Basic stretch (up, down, left, right) 60second each. Kegels simultaneously.
Hold a stretch and move penis around 360 degrees, 30 turns.
BTC Stretch (left & right) 60second each.
Normal jelq x80 reps. (1 stroke = 1rep)
V-Jelq x80reps. (1 stroke = 1rep)
Warm down - hot shower

Also I’m quitting porn and will do kegels outside of the routine itself.

I would definitely take at lest 2 weeks break then start again with a much very light routine.

Sure. Actually I have been an active trainer for a little over 1,5 years. I only took a deconditioning break once I think, it was for tops 2 weeks.
Do you recommend to skip kegels aswell during this period?

Just take a break. Stop all activity including kegels. You’re still working a muscle by kegeling. Just like all muscles, they get tired and tense. It certainly won’t hurt to deconstruction. You may even find you have made some gains that overtraining has masked.

Don’t forget to do reverse kegels once you start back up

One strange thing is that, if I do reverse kegels when almost erect my penis starts to grow like a flower. The erection angle gets higher and the girth grows to it’s potential, but in a squishy way. The CC/CS gets bigger
But a lot softer, until I do a hard kegel after I done this and then my penis is hard until I release the kegel.

What is this, and what does it mean? It has to do with the relaxation of the muscle that makes blood flow in there, but however it doesn’t get hard when I do this, it gets softer instead x)


Starting Size (02-02-2015): BPEL: 5.1 / MEG: 4 / BEG: 4.3

Current Size (08-02-2016): BPEL: 6.3 / MEG: 4.75 / BEG: 5.1

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Going for the 2 weeks no touching at all.

To rephrase myself about the reverse kegel.
If I hold the reverse kegel when almost erect it is like forcing an erection without stroking it.
It is like I’m flexing my whole penis, making it bigger and flex like a regular muscle.
Just that it doesn’t get hard when I reached maximal erection by doing this. It is only hard while I then hold a kegel or either stroke it continuously.

That is a better summary I suppose. Hope you can grab something out of it :)

This sounds normal to me, if there is no pain. When I do reverse kegel, the mushroom head starts shining bright like a diamond, and I can feel pressure (not uncomfortable amount). However it is relatively soft compared to a regular kegel effect. Reverse kegels over time are excellent for EQ, especially to balance out regular kegels. I’d recommend doing them more they really made my dick feel like a hot iron pipe when it got erect.

So you suggest reverse kegels for hardness?
I thought it was kegels for hardness, since it actually gives hardness as a temporarily effect. Makes sense to focus on that muscle then if you want hardness :)
