Can ulis replace jelq

Hi guys how are you

I got 1/2 inch of length by manuel stretching and ulis but I noticed that my erection is not rocking hard like before .

Recently I ve read that I need to jelq to get a better blood flow to my penis . But I hate jelqing BC of the mess .

So I took I rest of 2 weeks with kegeling and the erection still bad ( I thought my penis is tired ) .

So can (ulis or dry jelqing) replace jelqing to give me a better erection and blood flow ?

Dry jelqing may be able to replace the wet jelqs. ULIs will not. Doing that volume of ULIs will probably be a bad choice for your erection quality.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Uli’s are a serious exercise. Jelquing should be much lighter than a Uli; you just want something pushing blood through the arteries, capillaries, and veins, not stretching them for dear life. Dry jelq does fine. the only time i ever even wet jelq is if I’m clamped and its rare I even do that. I don’t wet jelq also because of the mess. I hate having Vaseline all over my mouse and keyboard.

Lets say I ve finished my PE journey and got all the gains I wanted before( still no jelqing and erection is still bad ) and then I will work on jelqing to improve my erection and blood flow . Is that good ?

Wait, are you saying you actually are done working on size and are now going to start working on improving your EQ? Or are you saying that you are considering continuing to work on size for a long time and someday later switch to working on EQ?

My vote is to work on your EQ now, regardless. Improving your blood flow can only help with your PE goals, if you are still interested in gaining. I would add jelqing and kegels to your routine.

I already kegel . I’m going to add a 5 mins light dry jelqing .
So my routine will be :
5 mins dry jelq
15 mins basic stretches
20 ulis of 60 secondes with 30 sec break after every single uli
Is it good ?

Sorry, I missed your comment about already doing kegels, cool.

My only thought is that the ulis might be too much, at least for now. Maybe do 20 reps of 30 seconds each with a 15 second break between. Keep with that routine until your EQ recovers, then start adding 5 or 10 seconds to each rep, continuing to monitor your EQ as you go. Good luck!

I think the routine is pretty intense in terms of stretching. Stretching and EQ are not best friends. So maybe you cut back to 5 min stretching until your EQ is back to satisfying level.

I would advocate too to have always 2 consecutive rest days regardless of the number of on days you do. Helps to grow and recover.

And how many Kegels (and what type) andon what rhythm do you do?

Well , I kegel every day , 1 day kegel and the other day reverse kegel , I don’t have a specific number of reps , I do it randomly till I get tired . Sometimes I do 4 sessions of 10(reps)x3(sec) throughout the day wich I think is good routine BC when I finish I feel tired .

Yes, I think that is already a quite solid Kegel routine. I would start throwing in some long holds too (above 15 secs, but not to the cramp limit) as I feel them beneficial for holding back ejaculation urge.

But that’s an personal obsession I have :-)

Ok . You said 15 secs kegeling but how many sessions and reps ??
And I never had a routine for reverse kegel I do it randomly . Is that good ?
