Hello. I started PE a little over a year ago. I did some manual stretches and jelqing but I was not very consistent. I was very dedicated for about 4 months then took a few months off but picked it up again around February. Nonetheless I gained about .75 of an inch. I am 18 so I believe it might be a combination of PE and just natural growth, I’m not sure but regardless I am still a firm believer that PE works. I want to be at 7 inches, at least, by Jan 2013 and hopefully 7.5, at least by Aug 2013. I am at 6.25 right now. Are these goals realistic?

Natural geowth stops at 14 for the penis,in people with slow growth it stops at 16.

7.5 in august 2014 seems reasonable,in2013 probably is too early.

I wish i started PE at 16 17 or 18… i would be at a nice size today.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured it might take longer. From reading other threads I’ve realized that the key to PEing is consistency and determination. Slow and steady wins the race right?

So I am a bit hesitant to check for gains with a ruler but after a good night with my girlfriend she did mention that I got in deeper! And that’s what matters right?

That age 14 thing is bunk. You’re still going to grow until you’re 21, though don’t expect any big natural changes without PE… 5-6” on length and 4-5” in girth without PE, with pe you can expect to hit 6-7” in length and 5-6” in girth in the next four years.

TheGreatDivider, expecting to be somewhere between 6-7 these next 4 years with PE seems unfortunate considering I’m about 6.25 EL. In 4 years I’d hope to be at least 7.5 but hopefully 8. Of course that’d have to be with nice, consistent routines for these 4 years.

And this is what your second year? Yeah you could easily add .75” in your second year but after that it’s going to be a fight for every sixteenth of an inch. Your best bet is going to be to focus on length and just try to maintain girth with wet jelqs after stretching. When you 7-7.5” you can switch over to girth and still get some length, but only about .25” a year or so.

TheGreatDivider, thanks for keeping my hopes alive. That’s what I was going for. I remember reading a thread that mentioned a thick rubberband being hard to stretch but a thin rubberband stretches with little effort. Of course the penis is different and it will take a lot of effort regardless but I can see the logic the poster was going by.

PE is more like stretching a role of dough a couple inches, then adding more dough to make it thicker before stretching it some more. If length is your goal, you’ll have to focus only on length for quite a while with light girth exercises to maintain what you already have. BUT to be honest length is not as important as girth when it comes to sex and can be more easily obtained than girth. You may only gain an average of .25” a year with a girth heavy routine but the .75 on girth will really make a difference.

Yeah I know girth is what the ladies want but I’m over six feet tall and slim, I want to make sure I look proportional. I definitely plan on working on girth. I’ll probably go a few months focusing length with some girth and then alternate. Thanks for the tips! I appreciate it.
