Can stretching alone give one gains

I’m just wondering if manual stretching alone can give you gains? Like maybe even a bit of girth gain? Has anyone ever done just stretching? I wanna take it really slow since I have a condition that probably nobody else has here.that would be peyronies. I’m sure my penis will react different to these exercises since in a sense it’s already injured. I just want to take it real slow and do about 10 mins of stretching per day. Does anyone think I will get any gains doing this? Does stretching just work the ligaments or also the tunica? Thanks guys

I’ve read that stretching alone can give you some girth gains though not substantial enough to make any difference. You will defintely gain in length though. There are different stretching exercises to target different parts of the penis such as the ligs and the tunica. Do a search and you’ll find all the information you need.

Thanks man. Can stretching be dangerous? I’m having a hard time figuring out how to hold it, I usually hold the head and pull but not too hard. I wanna stretch about the mid section of the shaft where my dent is to try to stimulate new growth there.

Just out of curiosity. What are manual stretches for? Correct me if I’m wrong but don’t we perform manual stretches to increase length? Many people have gained length by solely using manual stretching. Yes, it is possible that you will hit a plateau but he would gain some length by stretching alone.

You think it’s possible to gain a inch in a year? Or is a quarter of a inch in a year more realistic? The thing that concerns me is if I grow say a half inch will my girth grow a little too to make the thickness appear the same as it is right now and not make my penis look skinny?

Ahh, of course manual stretching will give you gains. Keep in mind eventually your arms will wear out pulling harder and harder to keep the gains coming.

The Solution: Be kind to your arms and hands, get a hanger dude. :)

Hey newbie. Nobody can really tell you how much you’ll gain in a set amount of time. Everybody is different and therefore react to exercises differently. I say just stay consistent and don’t rush and I think you’ll be suprised at what you can achieve. Just remember, if you’re going to start PE, you must be in it for the long haul. You will not gain overnight and therefore must be prepared to spend some time trying to attain your goals. Best of luck to you. You’ve come to the right place.

Yes, manual stretching alone can give you gains. I have ONLY manual stretched so far in my PE journey and have gotten awesome results :)

Okish did you get any girth too? What kind of results? Also should I stretch in all directions.will stretching make you develop a curve if not done in all directions? Is it ok to hold your penis at the head when you stretch? Sorry for so many questions, I just want to be sure I’m doing it right. Thanks

I presume you mean CONTRIBUTE? Well I’m sure it can and does; I commented that I have read very few claims of members making gains from a routine consisting SOLELY of manual stretching.

I have same question as Phyriel. Why don’t you Jelq Okish6er?
I would think as a whole that jelqing would give you more benefit if you had to choose only one or the other anyway. I have had awesome gains in 3 months from only manual exercises. I feel confident my gains came more from high quality Jelqing than they did from manual stretches. (see my gains and routine below)

…Hmm even if someone throws jelqing or clamping or whatever in their routine it’s logical that the stretching is for the length increases. I think some people were getting confused with what you wrote when you said , “I disagree”. Well lets see, manual stretching can give a little girth and by jelqing for girth, in the same aspect, I figure one can gain length by that as well (but minuscule compared to what stretching does). *I know that since I split my length workouts I would say I have solely gained by manual stretching only. Same when I used to wear my extender.
