Can somebody explain this to me

Even though I’ve been a member for a while, this is my first post. I am a big procrastinator and I finally decided to get serious about PEing. I have a few things that I would love for somebody to clear up for me. My flaccid hang is between 4.5 to 5 inches, but my BPEL is only 5.25 inches. My erection angle is at 1 o’clock when I am rock hard. When measuring, I push my erect penis to 3 o’clock and it’s 5.25 inches bone pressed. If I measure when my penis is 60-70% erect I get a bone pressed measurement of 6 inches.

Does anybody know why my BPEL is only .75-.25 larger than my flaccid hang?
And
Why is my penis longer when my erections are weaker?

PrinceJohn-My NBPEL is only 4.75 when fully erect and 5.5 semi erect. Pretty weird, huh?

Does it matter if my explanation is helpful or makes any sense? I have the evil super power as to unbalance peoples sanity through casual conversation. This has been happening lately even when I do not attempt to do so, something had has not happened in many years. I am going to be responsible and keep this post short.

Lateral distention is likely shortening your length. This happens to me as well.
