I have three major things I would like to improve and wondering if/how I could tailor the exercises towards these goals.

First, I have a curve I would like to fix, but it’s not a usual crook in the penis, it’s actually that one chamber is thicker than the other side so it appears curved.

Second, my scrotum attaches half way up my shaft and hides a lot of my penis, I would like to pull that down to a normal spot.

Third, I really want to improve my erection quality. The hardness, duration, and frequency of my erections has been plummeting for about a year now. I’m 26 now, but I still have great gains in the gym and haven’t lost any athleticism, so I don’t think I am loosing testosterone. This is something that has been really bothering me and my girlfriend and it’s frustrating that I don’t know what it is.

Then a general question, I have started some mild stretching already, and I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing is correct. I have high/tight ligaments, my natural erection sits about 10 o clock, I can pull my penis away from the body and feel the ligaments with my other hand, but my pubic hair and skin come away from the body too. Am I just stretching skin? If I keep this up will I just have loose hair skin around my base? Am I supposed to use my other hand to keep the pubic skin and ligaments pressed up to my body? Thank you for any input.

Man i have the same problems as you. My erection quality flactuates too much. My right CC chamber is bigger than the left side, also bends slightly downwards mishaft thus forming a downward-left curve. Also my scrotum is tight and attaches high up my shaft. I Would love to find the answers to both our problems, but so far I have been unsuccessful

Correcting a curve is a task that can be accomplishend with a mild degree of success. About your balls, stretching the ball sack should help. EQ should improve too.

I suggest you look at the videos to understand how to perform exercises.

The only thing that’s helped my curve is hanging. But it’s helped a LOT. I started two months ago and I’m almost completely straight now. Haven’t even moved up the weight yet.
