Can PE be done during steam bath

Instead of warming up ,wrapping up , can I just sit in steam for say 10 minutes and then proceed to do exercises ?

I don’t see why not. If your body is getting redder or darker with steam then there is more blood flow there. So logically that heat should pnetrate your penis - So away you go.

I wonder if this option of warming up is one of the best. You can even do your whole workout sitting in steam. The only downside is the necessity of cooling down your balls.

Your dick won’t heat up much more than your body temp - from 37C to whatever that is. A lot more heat can be targeted to your tissues via hot water or rice sock - because it’s a small area, and you don’t risk cooking your entire system by heating your groin (you will give up or faint before you can heat your entire self to the same temp that a rice sock can achieve locally).

It’s not a bad idea, and it’s better than nothing - but hot water or rice socks are even more effective.

I agree with everything mgus has said.

If you are going to try it, here’s what I learned from my experiments with steam rooms and PE; it’s really hard to get a good grip for stretching. But I found the perfect material for getting a grip: microfibre cloth. You can get it as travel towels or as dusters/polishing cloths. When your penis is damp and the towel is slightly damp, it gives a great grip.
