So i am about 3 weeks into PE, and i have been doing great(increased eq, more veins, all that good stuff).

Yesterday, i was reading about this one guy who devoted him self to jelquing and he gained like 4 inches in 2 years. I thought about it, and said i wanted to try it. Do you think this would be a good thing to try? And if so, how do you think this will effect my cock? People who have experimented with this, please let me know how it went.

ER dialed-in the exercise to recovery ratio damn near perfectly, which is why he was so successful. Many people here will tell you that it’s not possible and that eventually you’ll need to move on to more intense PE.

But when it boils right down to, the penis does not know the difference between types of PE. It only reacts to the force you put on it. Getting that exercise:recovery ratio down on a solid basis is the key. Accomplish that, and you will be successful with any type of PE you do.

Thats no it, but its damn sure close. Thats really inspirational. I might try this workout.

I don’t doubt someone somewhere has gained that much from jelquing alone, I’ve read of people getting great gains for years doing jelquing alone for 45 minutes a day, but keep in mind most people aren’t recording those types of gains. If you choose this route, great, I hope it works for you. I tend to think of jelquing as the key to all things PE, it feels great, gives you rock hard erections, and gets healthy fresh blood moving in and out of your unit. Whatever you use, keep jelquing in your routine.

Darn, just checked out ER’s progress thread. So all he’s been doing is jelqing and then monitor his EQ and PI response to the jelqing.

He also jelqs at high erection level too. I did that before.. darn got 2 thromb veins.

The guy went from 6.87 to close to 10” in less than 3 years? Holy crap.. I need some pictures as proof! :-P
