Can ones erection be too hard?

I am loving the gains that I am making in side, and in erections, yes it is continuing. However I do feel sore sometimes, especially at the tail bone. I don’t know if I am causing any harm to myself. Isn’t that the place where some of the muscles associated with the penis attach? I feel like I have fallen on my tailbone sometimes. So, i am not so sure if my plan is a good one or not. I take a day off , but I am considering taking a week off to see if the soreness goes away.
