Can Newbies hang
As I have posted before, my immediate goal is length. NBP I usually fall just short of 8, and would love to solidify 8-8.5 NBP as soon as possible. I have conditioned in the past but took a break. Can I hang right off the bat or could that damage me? I have never hung before but in my opinion I feel that targets length the most and has the most science to back up as working. Any input would be appreciated, thank you.
