Can Newbies hang

As I have posted before, my immediate goal is length. NBP I usually fall just short of 8, and would love to solidify 8-8.5 NBP as soon as possible. I have conditioned in the past but took a break. Can I hang right off the bat or could that damage me? I have never hung before but in my opinion I feel that targets length the most and has the most science to back up as working. Any input would be appreciated, thank you.

How much of a newbie are you?

Remember to get as much out of your manual exercises before going on to other stuff.

I would recomend doing a couple weeks of manual exercises to strengthen your dick back up. And then you could start hanging, very lightly. Start at like 5 pounds. If that feels to light, go up to 7 pounds. just my 2 cents.

My previous conditioning ended about 5 months ago and was mostly jelqing, about 30 minutes a day. I did manual stretch a good amount, 10 minutes a day approximately.

Back in the day, manual exercises did not exist and people started PE right off with hanging. So yes. One can hang as a newbie as long as he starts with low weights (2-3 pounds).

However the question is “why hang where manuals still work?”. Can’t you gain anymore from manuals? If you think hanging is the holy grail and will give you faster results, you are dead wrong! You only hang when manuals are no more working. Otherwise there is no point in hanging.

Is manual stretching permanent results? I thought it just kind of stretched it out without adding more tissue, I may be completely wrong that’s just what I assumed?

Dude if manual stretching results were not permanent, do you think several thousand people would be bothered?
