Can Manual stretching alone improve length

Straight forward question really. Can Manual Stretching alone increase penis length.

Also is there a manual way to stretch the Tunica without using a hanger.

Yes, just put your time in.

I’ve recently just measured and I’m 18cm bone pressed and 17 non bone pressed. I’d like to reach 20cms in all honesty bone pressed but I’d rather it be non-bone pressed.

My routine now consists of

5 minute hot wrap.

5 X 1 Minute stretched outwards

5 X 1.30 Minute holds stretched Upwards

5 X 1 Minute holds stretched Down

4 X 1 Minute holds stretched Left and Right.

10 minute hot wrap

I plan to do this 5 days a week.

What is a reasonable deadline so to speak to reach my goal of 20cm non bone pressed?

Maybe you should just set 20cm as your goal and do your routine. A time limit may just let you down.

Plain and simple, manual stretching works.

As for that routine, that’s 25.5 minutes of stretching if I got it right. Too much for a newbie if you ask me. I’d do 30 seconds per direction if I were you. Start off with 5 or 7.5 minutes total, monitor your PIs and increase time accordingly.

I’ve gained around an inch of length and I’m at only 12.5 minutes (25 x 30 seconds) of manual stretching per session. Remember, more ≠ better.

As long as you have good technique and aren’t tugging on your glans. Sounds good.

May I ask UpTo7, do you just manual stretch or do you do more?

Also after finishing the routines should you feel pain where your ligaments are after it?
Is this a sign that you had a good work out?

I ask this because I hit the gym 4 days a week and after the work out If there is no pain I don’t gain! Haha :-D

Sorry to sound stupid but what do you mean by tugging?

I create an okay with thumb and finger and just behind the head of my penis I stretch - is this good technique or totally wrong?

I do newbie routine, manual stretching and dry jelqing.

Pain is bad. Mild ache and soreness is okay I guess, but pain is bad.

Penis is not a muscle and it’s not supposed to hurt after a workout.

By the way, in case you’re uncircumcised, be sure not to stretch the skin. Many newbies seem to be unclear about that.

Hmmmm. It’s not pain like sharp shooting pains or anything, just aches around the ligs.

And yes I’m uncircumcised, I posted above the technique I’m using, I create the O-Kay and pull behind the penis head, once I stop stretching I go from 4 inches to 5 then it retracts after the warm down.

Like I said, mild ache is alright, or so some people say. I’m personally against iany type of ache/pain and those are bad signs to me.

“Tugging” I just meant stretching your penis.

Have you watched any of the video’s on stretching. You don’t want to use your glans as a stop for your hand from slipping off. You want to grab it and kind of tilt it to the side to get a better grip. Like pulling on a rope you would not just pull straight out on a rope you would kink it a little with your hand to create like a handle.

Ahh yes looking at the pictures and videos I see what you mean by the grip. I generally thought that I was doing it right.

I think I need to continue reading the forums and gain further information on correct technique.

Yeah I thought you maybe doing that. I did for a year probably thankfully my buddy has high speed. Luckily I didn’t injure myself.
