Plain and simple, manual stretching works.
As for that routine, that’s 25.5 minutes of stretching if I got it right. Too much for a newbie if you ask me. I’d do 30 seconds per direction if I were you. Start off with 5 or 7.5 minutes total, monitor your PIs and increase time accordingly.
I’ve gained around an inch of length and I’m at only 12.5 minutes (25 x 30 seconds) of manual stretching per session. Remember, more ≠ better.
Upto7 speaks a lot of sense.
26 mins of stretching for a newbie is very excessive.
You have the right idea in putting so much focus on manual stretching because it really, truly works and is very effective in penis enlargement. After 15 months in the game I’ve recently returned to stretching and am reaping many rewards because of it.
Just so that you know my stretching routine is usually around 15-20 minutes long and done 2 or 3 times a week alongside my other pe workouts (edging/clamping/jelqing) and as I said is helping me with my gains immensely.
