Can Manual stretching alone improve length

26 mins of stretching for a newbie is very excessive.

You have the right idea in putting so much focus on manual stretching because it really, truly works and is very effective in penis enlargement. After 15 months in the game I’ve recently returned to stretching and am reaping many rewards because of it.

Just so that you know my stretching routine is usually around 15-20 minutes long and done 2 or 3 times a week alongside my other pe workouts (edging/clamping/jelqing) and as I said is helping me with my gains immensely.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Manual stretches definitely works! I have gained now 1.38” in length on manual stretch alone.

Check my historical data and you will see that during my 1 1/2 PE, I have only stretched all together 9 months and still got very good gains in length. Actually 0.3” from jelqing only in the beginning.

Manual stretching is good but long term it harms your hands etc in my opinion. I feel I get a better stretch from hanging. In answer to the question tho I believe you can grow length through manual stretching.

Agrees it is very heavy for the arms. After 8 x 30 seconds stretches (2 times in each direction) and 12 x 20 V-stretches (4 times at 3 places of the penis), my thumbs and arms are extremely tired as after a hard workout. I am happy to have decided on clamping for the two comings months.

Guys who have reported gains from stretching, is that without ads?

I disagree. Well, I do only 12.5 minutes of manual stretching currently which is probably not much compared to people who do over 20 minutes, but even after 12.5 minutes I don’t feel even the slightest bit of fatigue. Maybe it has something to do with going to the gym for years.

Yes. Time and consistency will give gains from manual stretching.

Any bundled fulcrum stretch should do the trick. I’m a big fan of Blue Whale’s Mandingo stretch, it’s easy to do, doesn’t require anything except your hands and when you do 2-3 long holds in a row you’ll hang so low it will scare you.

Agreed; aproximately the same here. :)

I only do newbie amount of manual stretching, but I don’t see how your arms, hands, or fingers could hurt/get fatigued from such a simple exercise. I think you use more energy/strength wacking off. Do your guys hands get tired from masturbating? mine dont.

Also, for now I think I should just manual stretch because I have ED (psychological reasons) that make it hard for me to do good/any jelqs. Not sure how long I should stretch if I’m not doing any jelqs in my routines.

Probably has to do with going to the gym. My exercise is only of 8 minutes efficient time of stretching (with the 5 and 10 seconds break, it is 11 minutes) but I cannot go for more. But I know I stretch very hard and with a both hands grip. As much power as I dare to apply. Ligament pops are normal for me and sometimes I wonder if I am close to a dangerous limit :s.

This depends on what stretch you’re doing and how long you hold each stretch. I routinely go for more than a minute on each stretch and over the course of 12-20 min that is a lot of lactic acid build-up since I basically only rest long enough to change hands.

I use only one hand, I can exert more than enough force for stretching with it so there’s no need for two. Also, I’ve never had any ligament pops in my PE history. I think it happened once or twice during sex, though.
