Can LOT change after one month?
I just finished my first month. Before starting PE, my lot was 9. For the first two weeks, my routine included 10 minutes of up, down, and diagonal streches and 10 minutes of jelqing while lying down (about a 9:00 angle). For the last two weeks, I’ve been jelqing while sitting down (6-7:00 angle).
I just checked my LOT and found I have definite tugback at 8 and a barely noticeable tugback at 7.
Can LOT change after one month? If so, should I stop doing anything downwards and start concentrating on upward exercises?
