I have been doing the newbie routine for 2 weeks now and saw a video on youtube saying you can do jelq, stretch AND pump. I have already seen a little bit of length gain just thanks to the newbie routine, but I kinda want it to go faster (I know.impatient, but I’ll keep going) and I also want more girth gains.

I’ve been looking at the bathmate since it can be used in the shower. What do you think?

You should do the newbie routine for at least 3 month before you think of throw in pumping in your routine. You know! The newbie routine have give many great gains.. so my advice is to learn stretching & jelqing and condition your self so you can handle pumping in the future.

You can do it but start out really slow. Low pressure and no more than 5 minutes the first day. If you see too much discoloration, ease it up because that means you’re going too hard too fast.

The problem with starting with a Bathmate is it has no gauge and you have no idea how much pressure you are using. It is really easy to go overboard with a bathmate and end up with lots of red spots that can lead to discoloration if you keep going.

The best way to start pumping when you are a novice is to buy a regular air pump with a gauge so you know exactly how much pressure you are using. That way you can start off nice and slow and avoid injury.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I bought a Bathmate when I started and used it occasionally during my newbie phase. My advice? Skip it and focus 100% on your manual exercises. The short term novelty of a bloated penis only distracts from the real exercise gains and conditioning.

Thanks for the replies, I will wait a couple of months before I try then! Maybe I will buy an air-pump first too.
