can I stretch daily?

Hey guys I have read a lot about over training, shrinkage and turtling and had a few questions.

1. Is it OK to stretch daily even if I don’t jelq?
2. If I am having some trouble with erections, I do not get random erections anymore does this mean I have to stop? I have been taking it easy though and never over worked myself but I read the PI section and that is a Negative PI.
3. How many days should I rest in order to recover my erections? Some people say 2-3 days others say over a week. Is this a necessity even though I’ve missed days and taken a lot of rest?

Once you’re conditioned, the accepted “best” method of length gain is the “low force over long time” strategy. This method, (traction wrap combined with hanging), gave me my best length gains. ADS is a great example of this type of PE.

In terms of rest, you’re on the right track: the thing to do is figure out your own personal recovery ability based on age, fitness level, etc. Keep watching those PI’s… :D

From the threads I’ve read, my sense is that resting as long as necessary to regain your normal erection function is safest - no matter if it’s 2 days or 2 weeks. I haven’t read anywhere that strecthing without jelqing is “bad,” and have read of some guys who are doing this to prevent girth gains too soon. Why not jelq though? With a lower erection % you can still focus on length and not girth, if that is your concern. If you follow the Newbie Routine to get things conditioned over-all, you will open up more options for yourself as your gains begin to plateau. Hope this helps… Info on your age, over-all health, and routine may give other members better info to respond more specifically.

Stretching is always good. Any time any place anywhere, the best thing to do is stretch it’s the most simplest form of physical fitness in any shape or form. There is no way that you cant positively benefit from stretching, just make sure like everything not to over-do it. Stretching when cold could be the only problem, but thats how you keep from turtling up anyway. Remember, you can never go wrong with stretching.

Yeah whenever my erections get worse at all or even if I get too sore I take 3-5 days off. Towards the end of that period my flaccid is usually huge, and my erections rock hard.

Also consider supplements, think of your penis like a muscle you just worked out. It is sore and requires nutrients to build it back up. So drink lots of water, I’ll just throw a number out, say 3 gallons. Then look into the supplement forum, Nox2 will give you rock hard erections regardless of how bad you work your pecker. Horny goat weed also helps, just do a little research. Your penis is adapting, give it time to adapt, but don’t fret you’ll mistake it for being made of iron before the month’s end.
