Can I skip jelqing and go onto stretchers?
Am starting out with PE. I am wanting to skip the whole jelqing exercise thing which people say to do as a beginner. I really don’t have much faith in this method as I have read a lot of accounts of people doing this months with very tiny results or no results at all so I think I should move onto the main method that I wanted to do in the beginning which is using a stretcher/extender.
Has anyone done this as a beginner I mean gone straight onto using stretchers?
Is there any stretcher/extender (are they the same thing?) that is highly recommended for results and safety?
