I have been doing the noobie routine for 2 months and I was wondering if on off days it would be ok to do some manual stretches?

All I have to say is you grow on your rest days, just like any other muscle you have to work and rest it.

Yes, you can manual stretch every day. Just listen to your body (penis) and be careful. Jelqing requires some rest days.

Ok I just want to stretch 10 to 20 mins in the shower. I wish to help speed my length gains by experimenting with different things.

Not everyone around here believes you need rest to grow. Since your just doing manual stretches I’m sure you will be fine doing them every day. I do manual stretches on my off days from hanging and clamping.

Just listen to your body, and research as much as you can. I can’t believe with all the articles at member’s disposal, that people still refer to the penis as a muscle. The penis has muscles inside it, and somewhat related to it, but it is not a muscle.

I knew this fact after one day on this site, nobody should be yanking on anything till they know what it does, and how it all works.

I try to do manual stretches every day. Every time I go to the bathroom, whenever I take a shower, in the morning when I wake up and at night when I go to bed. Nothing crazy, just keeping the flaccid hang going.

I’m resting my penis anytime I’m not doing any exercises. Doesn’t need a whole day of rest unless you take it too far. But that’s just what I’ve had in my experience. That obviously doesn’t apply to a lot of people here.
