Can I just skip to jelq and kegel

Can I just skip to jelq and kegel

Just with the newbie routine, is the warm up/down and stretching really necessary? Can I just go straight to jelqing and kegels?

Also, can I do it everyday? Is it really necessary to have a day off?

By the way, I’ve been doing it for only a month. Can’t say I’ve seen any gains at all. Maybe I’m not doing it right?

Hi there if it was me I would do the stretching because your stretching it out so you can get more blood throw to get it bigger and days off for sure you need them rest is good even if you don’t think you need it.

ALWAYS warm up and warm down. It’s critical for injury prevention and can also be the difference between gains and no gains. It makes the fibers within the penis easier to stretch and more elastic. Which is beneficial to both stretching and jelqing. Assuming you want both length and girth from PE you should most definitely stretch. While jelqing can produce length gains, it targets girth far more effectively. Therefore stretches will greatly benefit you in the length department. The suspensory ligaments can be stretched fairly quickly as a newbie and produce newbie length gains, which are always a plus and an encouragement.

Rest days are also key, those are the days your penis recovers and grows.

Ya I was kinda wondering the same thing. I’m on the newbie routine as well just finishing my first month. I’ve modified it a little here are my questions regarding them:

I do the warmup, but sometimes (especially more so lately, I tend to skip the post-jelq warm up). I think based on your response, I make it a point to not neglect it. But I do my kegals at night before going to bed instead of right after. Is that ok?

You can do kegels whenever, it’s not critical to do them immediately after a workout. As long as you get them in you will see the benefits.
