Can I have some help with my new routine

Alright, I have been doing the newbie routine for about a month and a half, and it’s going fantastic. I get very hard erections now, and have went from 3.5 FL to 4 FL, and while I haven’t measured my erect penis yet, it looks longer and fuller. I really think if any of you have sons you should get them involved, I have been recovering very well, no bruising, and I have no skin issues and can sometimes do PE three days in a row if I feel good, being only 18 and having very elastic skin/tendons/veins.

Well, I decided it’s time to build my own routine for the next 12 week cycle. Here is what I was thinking of, and what I tried out yesterday. It worked great, but I wanted to know what you guys thought.

-Exercise down Tuesday, ,Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I will change the days if you guys think it is too much or too less.

-Start with a 5-7.5 minute warm up (Putting a washcloth in extremely hot water and putting it in a plastic bag.)

-Do 2 sets of the manual stretches, 60 seconds both sets.

-165 OK grip jelqs, 35 C-grip jelqs (I get the best workout out of the C-grips, I really like them.)

-Turn on a hot shower, have my penis in the water for about 2.5 minutes.

-100-150 Wet jelqs.

-Another 2 sets of manual stretches, 60 seconds both sets.

-Add 5 kegels each day, starting at 70.

-On Tuesday, Thursday and on Saturday,do the thing where you pull your penis flaccid in between your thigh and your buttocks and sit on it for 30-60 minutes.

If you guys have any concerns or criticisms, please share them!

It does not look bad, just don’t over do anything and pay close attention to your PIs.

Just so you know any advocating of underage PE is VERY strictly opposed here, it could cause all kinds of trouble.

Thanks, but I didn’t mean anything like that. I just mean when your son is 18 and you’re giving him the talk, you know he might have a slightly undersized penis due to genetics, I know mine might. So I was thinking maybe than would be a good time to introduce PE, so he doesn’t buy a poor quality novelty pump and break his unit for life.

Jake15, what was your starting measurements and how what did your gains add up to after your month and a half of doing the newbie routine?

O’ then I agree with that, I am actually trying to think of a way to talk to my buddy about PE and getting him to register here.

Fl was 3.45, now FL is a solid 4, sometimes dips to 3.85 if it is very cold. I’m not sure what FG was, I didn’t bother to measure it but now I measure in at 3.25 FG. I measured with about an 850%-90% erection today, I couldn’t get hard because I wasn’t aroused, and I was coming in at 5.9, and this was at about 85-90%. I am very pleased with my results,and come six weeks or so I’m going to measure. My goal in the next six weeks is to get to a 6.35 BPEL, and a EG of 5.1.

To Marius, I would say no to that. I want to get some buddies involved who have low self esteem, but I am afraid to because they might get overzealous of the idea of going from big to small, and overdo it a ton. I would prefer if people would go through the process on their own, and come to this forum after having a lot of research and knowledge of the penis and how it works. I wish we could get everyone involved, it’s great for self esteem.

What is a “C” grip please tell me.

Yeah, you are making a classic Newbie blunder. You seem to be making gains ( you don’t really know for sure, mistake one) and you are ready to up the ante’ (mistake two).

You MUST measure and do it accurately, or else how do you know if what you are doing is working or not?

If you are indeed growing with a Newbie routine, why on earth would you drop something that is working for an unknown routine?

The name Newbie routine is almost the problem in itself. It leads Newbies to believe it is something to quickly leave behind and no longer be one. WRONG!

There are many guys that have gotten amazing results from the “Newbie” routine and achieved everything they set out to achieve.

A little word of advice to all you “newbies”…if its working, don’t change it until it ain’t!

Flaccid measurements are almost worthless, other than for fun. I recommend bpfl (bone pressed flaccid length, best taken straight out 90 degrees while pulling with 2-3 fingers to stretch it as far as possible with moderate force that you can generate with a finger tip grip).

This is the easiest and most accurate measurement to do for length. Erect measurements can fluctuate with EQ. I recommend bpfl done at the same time each day, BEFORE you do anything to your dick other than pee.
