Erect jelqs

Hey, you said please tell me ur not doing erect jelqs, I always wantec to know whats wrong with erect jelqs?

I kind of don’t want to say it…because I think I already have about 20 times this month…but it may be necessary…

Do the dam newbie routine. Just stick to the newbie routine, rest days and all. No clamping, no two hour jelq sessions, no hanging heavy stuff from your dong, none of that.

Well Whiskey that is what happens when ppl don’t read up on the basics. But you should definitely do the Newbie routine as it is stated. Your penis as of now is unconditioned for such strain and you will injure yourself if you go from nothing to extreme. And muscles need rest to grow. Just get it into your head that this shit takes time. And I think it is bogus that you can’t do it because of school and work. You would be surprised where you can stick in a few exercises (piss pulls while taking a piss, stretching in the shower, jelqing after you take a shit and are still in the toilet.) I made this same excuse long ago and I realized that PE can adapt to your lifestyle. You are actually in a great position now. You can concentrate it for 3 weeks, and condition quite well before your life gets hectic again. I would advise against clamping or anything too advanced for now, due to unconditioned dick and possible injury OR possibility of early plateau.

And erect jelqs are BAD idea because first of all you are defeating half the purpose of the jelq (stretch tunica) and the chance of injury is ginormous. This is an exercise you should THINK about think about doing after a few months of experience. Trust me I did erect jelqs and it didn’t end well for my dick.
