Can I gain without heating?
I live with my mom and sister, my sister is always home so I can’t make some properly warm up without ringing any alarm, like if I do it on the shower it will take too long to heat and do the exercises, it would be awkward, and if I just heat a bunch of water and she sees it I don’t know what to say and will be a really awkward situation, so do you guys have any advice about what can I do for heating without raising any alarm? And if I just don’t heat, Can I still have gains? I read something here about cool down, so maybe if I just use the cold water would it help?
