I live with my mom and sister, my sister is always home so I can’t make some properly warm up without ringing any alarm, like if I do it on the shower it will take too long to heat and do the exercises, it would be awkward, and if I just heat a bunch of water and she sees it I don’t know what to say and will be a really awkward situation, so do you guys have any advice about what can I do for heating without raising any alarm? And if I just don’t heat, Can I still have gains? I read something here about cool down, so maybe if I just use the cold water would it help?

Warming up is important for any physical activity, and for PE has shown to be one of the keys for gains. I use a sports gel pack, that you can pick up in any large sports shop. You warm it up in the microwave, and sit at you desk doing some work with it wrapped around you penis, while in some baggy pants. Then later you can do your Routine.

Just tell your sister that you have a problem with some type of injury from sport, that plays up sometimes, and the gel pack helps to relieve the pain… problem solved. ;)

You don’t actually have to warm up. It is just recommended for safety precautions. People who don’t warmup still gain. But I feel like warming up makes it more pliable to stretching and jelqing.

Yes, you can gain without heating. But heating is very-important. It can be the difference between gaining a little and gaining a lot; or gaining vs not gaining at all.

I have gained without heat. But eventually when my gains plateaued, I added heat to my routine and started gaining again. There’s a lot said about heating if you search, but the summary is: increased blood-flow, more pliable tissues, quicker recovery. I’ve found all of this to be true.

Try the various implements that are being suggested: heat pack, rice sock, electric heating pad, etc. I use a hot water bottle.

I forgot to ask one question, heating after the exercises is important too? And it really needs to be a heat or just a cool water is fine?

If your objective is to stimulate a bigger and heavier flaccid, then yes.

I keep an electric heating pad plugged in next to my bed. The pad & cord are out of sight between the bed & the wall. I work out a lot, so if anyone ever asked, I’d say it was for my shoulder or something.

I turn it on & apply it under the covers as I click around on my laptop before a session. I do most of my workout partially covered too, just in case I hear someone up & about. When I’m done, I just click it off & put it back.

I usually use a glass full of hot water and no one in my family suspects anything.

Yes, warming up isn’t necessary. Just be conservative, especially with advanced/intense techniques

I do believe warming up will reduce your chance of injury. I’d advise warming up for 5-10 minutes with heat/light stretches.

I use a heated rice sock (heating pad and gel pack will also work) under the covers at night and then jelq and stretch for thirty minutes each night.

In my opinion heat is such an important part of PE. Not only will it help to keep you from injuring yourself, it will also make your dick more pliable. If you don’t believe me you can do this experiment. Take a ruler and see how far you can stretch your dick cold and straight out of your pants. The next day warm up for about 10 minutes and then do the same thing. My money would be on you stretching a bit further after warming up as opposed to not warming up at all.

Like some of the other guys here have said, just get a heating pad. You can keep it in your room so there’s no awkward trips to the microwave or the sink. And if anyone sees it and asks just tell them your back or shoulder or knee or whatever has been a little sore. I use a heating pad and the way I do it is I pull my dick out to a bit of a stretch and I wrap the heating pad right around it. I will usually hold it somewhat tight, but it’s all in user preference.
