Can I gain with this?

Could I gain both length and girth with this routine?

Warm up
stretches in all directions
Pc flexes
3 10 min. clamps with rest in between
Warm down
Stretches all through the day mainly tunica stretches

I have heard clamping stops length and some say it can help. Right now I mainly want girth but I also want some length.

Stretches for how long? The routine shoud be a bit longer IMO, add some jelqs to it.

I have done jelqs before but might start again about 100 erect jelqs and every 25 I do a super slammer. 30 sec in every direction. I hold the tunica stretches for about 20 secs. I also do 100 pc flexes and erect bends.

If you haven’t logged in the months of dedicated newbie routine that we always advise I would do that first.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

ERect jelqs are a no-no. It works for very few people. IMO start at 100 jelqs at about 60-80% and add as weeks go by. The tunica stretches and pc flexes are about right. Superslammer?

Yeah I have seeing how I started last nov.. Also the erect jelqs are working great! I have seen improved erection quality and girth and some length!!

How do you know this ? Sure you can do erect jelqs. You just have to condition your penis well enough to take the amount of stress and pressure cause by this exercise.

Jelq with caution with 100% erections. Infact don’t do them at all tell you are well conditioned.

My dick felt great while I was doing erect jelqs! I felt I was gaining and my flaccid length was 4 1/2 NBPFL and 5 BPFL! My erections felt harder than ever. I stoped for a while but I am going to start again with this routine

Warm up
Stretch in all 5 directions
1 ten minuted clamp
Erect bends
100 erect jelqs
100 pc flexes
Warm down
and constanly throughout the day when I have a chance do tunica stretches and pulls.

I have heard you can gain length while working on girth but I will take gains any way they come. I will be doing PE all my life so I have a lidetime to get my ideal size.

Do the newbie routine first, as you clearly havent done it, and you havent conditioned your dick.

Jumping straight into a routine consisting of erect bends, erect jelqs and clamps is a sure fire recipe for disaster. STOP NOW before you end up doing some serious - and potentially permanant - damage.

The fact that it “feels good” is irrelevant - you WILL do damage.

I agree with you erissoup. Ask questions and then don’t listen to the answers of Moderators and those with more experience and knowledge. Yes, do what you want, no matter what the answers are. And, I bet you will get exactly what you deserve!

At 18 you have plenty of time, so be sensible and listen before you do some serious damage. In this life time, you only get one penis, so be good to it.

It feels good so far. I would liek to add I feel as though I am over conditioned for it but I have heard of people who gained from doing less. Either way I will be gone by the 4th of july for two weeks and will only be able to stretch here and there so that may give me some time to decondition. And then gain later? As you guys said I am young and have my whole life to PE so I dont see the trouble in going slow. I just want it like everyone else does just to boost my ego even more! lol

Reading the thread it is hard to tell what exactly you are addressing with that comment. Even guys that did catch that might still jump on you a bit but in a good way. We get a small but steady stream of guys that insist on jumping into the higher risk exercises. Most but admittedly not all of them get hurt.

Now my take would still be to not mess with that stuff. It isn’t that clamping and erect bends are “better” then other PE. You seem to have latched on to the idea that they will magically give you faster gains; they will not. They have been developed by guys that couldn’t gain from other stuff or that had plateaued out in a big way. The vast majority of guys get their gains without ever messing with that stuff. It is even possible that you will miss out on gains from other techniques by over conditioning your willie from jumping into rougher methods.

Anyhoo, from what you are saying you do have nearly a half year in PE and it is your wee wee. Use good self monitoring and try to not break that thing. Good advise for anyone in PE. Keep in mind that the guys saying, “Nooooo!”, are trying to be helpful. Keep us posted as well.

The fact that you did it for 3 months without gaining just means you should up the time/sets you do, it doenst mean you should suddenly jump into erect bends and clamping and shit like that.

Looking back at the thread you said you started in November, but that doesnt necessarily mean you did the routine etc - a lot of people start and then stop, and 6 months later say “well I started 6 months ago” etc, which is where some of the confusion has come from.
