Can I even gain

Can I even gain

I’ve been PEing for about 3 months mostly consistently with one day on and one day off. I’ve tried jelqing for 15 mins while including some stretching for maybe 5 mins. I’ve been trying to do better with more stretching and improving my jelq technique with slower strokes. But, it’s been almost 3 months and I haven’t seen much but just a veinier penis and maybe slight girth near the top. I’m getting kind of discouraged. Should I intensify the routine? I’m looking to want to follow bird’s length routine. Plus, I see all the gainers here with starting measurements over 6. Can anyone under 6 make gains or am I screwed for life. I don’t know, but I wish I could sprout like a 7 inch penis.

I have heard of someone going from 5” to 8”, anyone can do it, gains aren’t constent or predictable, they come differently to different people.

How old are you by the way and what are your measurments?

Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

Don’t give up yet, sppc9876!

I myself have been PEing for about 16 weeks now (current cycle) and I did not start to see any “proven” gains until one week ago; other fellow PEers don’t even start seeing gains before they hit the six-month-mark - absolutely nothing unusual about that.

Like you, I am currently wet-jelqing for 15 minutes a day. Keep using the slow strokes as you describe it, they are providing the best intensity for your workout.

You say that the newbie routine as you perform it gave you a veinier and thicker-looking dick. And that’s a good indicator for you being on the right track. I for my part like ti think of the newbie-routine as a conditioning program, you know, getting your unit used to the workouts, the way you handle it when PEing etc rather than a serious length- and girth-exercise. For some, gains come right after two weeks which is a nice bonus but others just need to accustom themselves longer before they start gaining. You might be one of the latter.

I repeat: Don’t give it up yet - and don’t be desperate about PE. Try looking at it in a fun way - a nice hobby or a strange experiment, something along these lines. Don’t measure every week. Don’t measure every month. Measure like every three months if you’re a slow gainer (like myself). Anything else is likely to put a bit of pressure on you. But that’s not what PE is supposed to be all about for you or anyone else.

I hope this helps you a bit.

Cheers!
Wally

Although some guys swear by 1 day on 1 day off routines, I think they are one of the worst routines going. Since PE relies on making stretched gains permanent, I think it is important to build on the previous days result and keep those tissues stretched. 1 on 1 off allows too much recovery time for all you stretching gains to go back to normal.

Switch to a program of either 6 on 1 off or 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off for a weekly schedule.

Remember, this is not muscle building, this is tissue stretching.

Your definately not screwed. You and anyone else who is consistant and dedicated can gain as much as they want with PE. It just takes more time for some.

You dont say what you are wanting more length or girth but since your thinking about birds routine I guess length. Go for it if you want. Start birds routine (just be careful) and stick with it.

I agree with Gprent that the 1 on 1 off is a terrible way to PE. The tissue in the penis will repair much faster than muscle tissue would so the 1 on 1 off schedule is more counter productive. your missing days of PE and the tissue most likely has already healed. In my opinion the 6 on 1 off is the way to go.

If you want you can add some of the more advanced exercises or just follow birds routine its up to you.

2 weeks ago you said you gained 1/8 inch, have you now lost that 1/8 inch?

How to use the search button for best results. If you actually USE the search button, this is worth a read

Damn I think it might have been a mismeasurement.I might have been especially hard that day or something. I’m just gonna keep trying. Would the fact that I’m asian and 18 and 5.5 inches matter? Lol?
