I had pretty great gains that I was really happy with during my three month course of the newbie routine. The whole shape of my unit and increased EQ everything really changed my outlook on sex. Some men gain from training every day, some are ‘less is more’ type of guys with the newbie routine. Check out your search bar for some how to measure EQ and learning your Positive / Negative Indicators. These will help you note whether or not you are getting a proper routine under your belt.
The important thing to remember is that the newbie routine is in use for you to keep yourself from getting injured in this marathon, but you do not want to over-condition yourself here. By making your piece too ‘tough’ you can plateau early and see a stall in gains. Essentially, take it slow ja.
With proper technique and mindset people have gained over 3 inches on manual workouts alone over the course of their career. A huge factor in this game is to believe that you are going to gain and keep away negative thoughts.
I am hanging as I type this with The Captn’s Wench - Hanger, Manual Stretcher, ADS. Cost me to make it = under 10$ and some stuff laying around the house. Not saying you should start this yet because you still can make gains from your newbie routine, but just reminding you that its an option.
