Can I add aided A-stretch after 4 months

Hi guys,

I started PE in Jun 08, so it is nearly 4 months. I do newbie routine and I am growing (great :) )) ). Yesterday, I tried aided A-stretch and I think that this stretch stretches my ligs and tunica very well. My question is: Can I add aided A-stretch to my routine? Or should I wait until the newbie routine will stop working? (I read some advice like: don’t change your routine until it is not working - but I don’t want to change my routine I only would like to add this stretch). What do you think?

I think you would do better to avoid the stretcher for the time being, as it might just stop your newbie routine giving you gains.

It’s probably best to be patient and wait until the Newbie Routine gains slow or stop. Then try something else.

OK. But to avoid misunderstanding: I didn’t mean any stretcher, I meant A-stretch with aid. But OK, I will continue in newbie routine.
