Can hanging alone really give girth

If you do a routine with a bib hanger and nothing else, is there any chance that you can get some girth gains?

Quite a few hangers have reported increases in base girth.

IMO you must include some light jelqing aswell with the bib hanger for several reasons.

Yes, both actually, and it might enhance girth gains aswell with some people.

I agree.

2/3 of hangers gain .5” to 1”+ in base girth. Hanging does not give mid or upper shaft girth gains. Hanging is possibly the best way to counter-act the baseball-bat effect. Many guys only hang to increase their base girth (they actually don’t care about the length gains).

About 1/3 of hangers gain no girth. No one has a clear theory on why this is (that I know of).

The light jelqs are only to restore circulation. Hanging is intense enough; this is what will create your length gains. Combine it with some basic stamina work & it will help convert your BPFSL gains to BPEL gains. Don’t go over 20 minutes per set, go by feel, reach fatigue, avoid sharp pain, & good luck ;)

In my experience, I think it can help base girth.

I got base girth from hanging, especially from SD hanging. Also, on the top of my penis the ligs seem to pop up, like they got thicker or something. It’s like two parallel ridges.

I gained nearly 1” of base girth from hanging.

My MSEG is about 5.125” (.25” gain—but not from hanging), & my base girth is about 6” (about a 1” gain, & its definitely from hanging).

I find it hard to believe I gained this much base girth, but it seems I have. Depending on where I measure towards the base the range is .5” gained to 1” gained, but this is only towards the base. Most of my shaft is just 5.125” still. I’m pretty sure I’ll never have to worry about the baseball effect due to hanging. I like having a thicker base & I hope to gain more, so that my base will be thicker, even when I eventually shoot for 6” of girth along the full shaft.
