I’m starting newbie routine. But I’m not able do hot wrap. What is facecloth??

Anyone can explain me hot warp exercise in other words??

Let me try to explain this in a very simple way (well I hope).
Before starting your PE routine, you are strongly recommended to do the warm-up things. Warming up your penis can be done in different ways, thus hot wrap is one of them. Face clothe is a piece of clothe that you use to clean your face. With warm water, soak the clothe in. Once you feel the clothe is warm enough, place it on your penis and wrap it around. Got what I mean?

I’m another problem with jelq. My penis is uncircumsised and I have more skin on my glans so jelq’s exercise is difficult to me because the skin is more.

Can I do jelq exercise in my situation?? :)

Yes, that shouldn’t be a problem. Jelquing is a bit like riding a bike - difficult to get the hang of at first.

The skin is always on my glands so when I do jelq I’m difficult to finish exercise because the skin is on all parts of glans..

And what is kegels, in another words?? I don’t understand .. :)

You jelq up along your shaft, you don’t need to continue out over the glans.

Kegels - use the search button. Lot’s of threads, read the one started by westla.

Lapo, you really have to do some more readings :)

Do me a favor, read this newbie routine.

Kegel is a simple exercise, how simple is it? Just do the same way you try to stop your pee in the middle of peeing.

But why you use lubricant in jelq? Can I do jelq without lubricant?

You can dry jelq later, but now, use some lubricant for wet jelqing as it’s recommended for every newbie.

Not to belittle you especially because I myself am a new member as well however, read the information available if you don’t understand do a search virtually every subject imagineable has been addressed previously. I wish you the best of luck.

Now I do normal jelq without lubricant.. What is the matter?? I’m good.. I’m wrong the exercise?

You feel comfortable with it? Then I don’t know how to tell you. Allow me to remind you that wet jelq is a basic PE exercise that the newbie should practice. I’d also like to recommend you doing wet jelqing for now.
