I am new here to the forum and to PE.
I have got a 4.5 inch erect penis and about 3 inches when not erect.
My aim:
5.5 inches when erect and it does not really matter how much it is when not erect. I guess it will lengthen correspondingly.
This is my routine:
5 min hot wrap.
3 min manual stretch [6 X 30 sec stretches]
3 min jelq [60 X 3 sec strokes]
5 min hot wrap.

I will be doing this on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I will start from Feb 23rd, 2009.
I have downloaded the videos. I will be following them.
So what do you think of my routine? Too little or is it okay?

I know I have cut down on the time for manual stretch and jelq than what is mentioned in the newbie routine forum. That is because I am S**T scared. I mean what if something happens to my only 4.5 inch dick.

I don’t know how to do kegels. I could not find any guide. Though I know where the muscles are because while peeing I controlled it and knew which muscles I contracted but no idea how to do it.
I have read through many posts and I know that I will be getting a few red dots.
I am prepared for that.
Also I am uncircumcised. So any suggestions? I read that I have to pull my skin before I do the stretches. Anything else?

One last question: After I attain my goal do I have to keep doing these exercises to maintain it?

Your routine sounds fine.

But why not just stick with the standard newbie routine.
It worked very well for me and lots of others.

Maybe a bit light.
Why not do that 5 days on 2 days off?
Rest is important.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

A 2 on, 1 off schedule is good. Your 4 day a week is slightly lighter, but not by much.

As for foreskin advice. If your foreskin is not retracting fully, then you can stretch it back slightly to loosen it over time.

Use the search function for kegel advice. There is plenty.

I might increase the time week by week. But I think I will stick to 4 days a week because I have got a busy uni schedule.

The routine sounds fine to me. It is about what I have been doing for a little over two months. Except I do 5 on 2 off.
I have gained 1/4 inch in BPEL and BPSFL. No girth gains. I am taking it slow for two reasons. I don’t have much to start with and I am middle aged. I don’t want to take any chances.

I got a red dot once. I backed off to what you are doing and have not had any more problems.

Do an advanced search on kegels or PC and BC Muscles.

I can’t help you with the foreskin issue. I an circumcised. :(

I understand that we will all need to do a maintenance routine to keep whatever we gain.

I wouldn’t be so scared. There’s people hanging there dicks with 15 lbs and more. And pumping using outrageous pressure. Stretching your unit with your hands and jelqing with our hands, doing the newbie routine ain’t that bad. So try to stick with the newbie routine. Everyone always tries to alter the routine, but always seems to come back to the original. So I’m assuming it works the best.


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"
